Bamm-Bamm’s newbie journey

That’s a super exciting thought.

I unfortunately have to push back my start date as I just found out I’m going on vacation at end of May for a week so looks like mid June will be my new start date.
Awesome the R&R will do you well. I'm also going on vacation in less than 2 weeks myself.

It’s super motivating seeing everyone here working hard towards goals. It’s almost like I’m working out with folks because I can check in and see what everyone is doing and that extra accountability pushes me to improve daily.

Ezbar skullcrushers are amazing! I also love to do standing db overhead extensions. That’s something I haven’t done in a while but it kills my triceps

Today was one of those days life happened and wasn’t able to hit the real gym so took a lunch break at work and did the work gym. I was a little shocked at everything we had at the gym as they made some recent updates. Got everything done in and 45 minutes so had a really good pump.

Hadn’t weighed myself in a few weeks was just going off fit of clothes. Weighed in at 231 this morning which makes me happy as I feel my body is still leaning up even with increased calories I’m eating. Currently at 3000 calories a day

Strong shit! I was able to get 220 for 4 reps today on pulldowns. Really happy with that, was my first go at 220. Only a few more plates before I'm getting the whole stack.

I have been trying to do a lot of research into all of the sponsors as I have all of these what I assume are newbie fears but ultimately it seems like you can’t go wrong with any of the sponsors here. I will make a final decison soon as i want to ensure I have everything needed such as ai’s on hand before I start in case I have any issues.

Is it fucked up that I’ve never been so excited to see someone jump on gear? Since this guy got here he’s been meticulously logging every single lift, not missing days, and he’s crazy fucking strong. I’m on the edge of my seat…
