Felt very good about this mornings workouts. Shoulders feeling better and strength has maintained. Weight loss has slowed a little but I’m getting a lot of comments about looking bigger.

Definitely more tired on reduced calories but when I get my 7.5 hours of sleep I can tell a ginormous difference so I have made this a priority.
