What's up brothers!?!?!
Hope everyone is well today. I am 24 y/o 6'1" and currently 220lbs. Indulged in the bulk a little to much so I'm a little fluffy at roughly 16% bf. I've been lifting since I was 13 (at 13 I was 204lbs and probably 5'7 lol) because I was a chonk, then I fell in love with the sport. Now I've decided its my time to venture to the dark side. I know some people will say don't waste your first cycle on a cut, but I am already pretty happy with my size (except maybe my arms). My goal has always been to have more of an athletic aesthetic more than sheer size. Much love and appreciation to the tanks out there, I just already have issues with jackets of the brands I like not fitting my damn shoulders already. I've gotten my diet pretty dialed in the last few weeks, I was a little sloppy about it since the new years but I'm down 10lbs since being 230 in late January. My ultimate goal is to be 207ish Lean.
So this is my plan for now:
I also plan to have HCG on hand but have had a hard time finding consistent answers when it comes to dosage and when it should be introduced. My goal is to keep my levels steady enough to avoid using an AI but I know they're can be a learning curve on a first cycle and I do have a little bit of Gyno (Waiting to decide on surgery once I access how much it bothers me when I'm lean without the extra cushion). What AI would you guys recommend? I'm currently planning on ordering from SB Labs because I've read good reviews and their fast shipping time intrigued me. I'd like to just have once source and stick to it (peace of mind thing) so its nice to know if I need anything, I'll have it in 3-4 days. If you guys can lemme know whatcha think about my current plan when it comes to dosage, source, etc. I like to learn and have an appreciation for learning new things, I have done my fair share of research but I am completely open to any tips or suggestions.
