Ok so today is by far the worst I’ve felt in a long while. Not like super sick but just really lethargic and everything hurts. Feels like I got my ass kicked by 10 dudes. Not cool but I had to hit the gym today.

Meal one was rice n chicken and scalloped potatoes all in hot sauce. 1- orange. 1-pre work out protein shake 54gms
Really wanted to run to the gym but not trying to sound like a pussy but my knees are on fire from the Lymes I guess. Wife dropped me off. No spotter today but that’s fine. Not gonna try to kill myself. Today is just so I have a reference on where my bench is for future workouts.
2- Warm up sets of 90lbs x 15 (Don’t even count these)
2-sets of 225 x 15 (didn’t push hard at all. Super easy so far.)
2-sets of 315lbs x 10 (still didn’t really push hard yet.) could have done more but.
1-set of 405lbs x 4 (Definitely starting to feel heavy. My joints are on fucking fire)
1- set 450 x 1 ( I’m stopping here. No spotter and I’m not feeling super strong with this weight right now. Got one pretty easy but wasn’t gonna push another one)
Not super happy but not super bummed either. If I felt better I probably would have went for another 10lbs or so but I’m a whiney cunt today.

That was enough for my first workout. Feel like shit but that was a good 2 hrs. Pretty stoked.
Post workout shake/meal was 1-protein shake 54grams and another plate of chicken n rice with potatoes. Shit is good as fuck.
