Welp just got some of my bloodwork back today. My PCP also made me take a Lyme disease test. As usual with my shitty fucking luck. I apparently tested positive for Lymes. I had this once before. I honestly didn’t think you could catch it more than once but apparently I’m fucking wrong.

No fucking wonder I’ve been off for a few weeks. Today my legs and arms feel like they each weight 300lbs. Hurts to even move. That’s ok though. It’s not stopping me. This stupid fucking ankle bracelet come off tonight at midnight and nothing is stopping me from hitting the gym for Bench tomorrow. Nothing. Especially not some little fucking bug.

I honestly wouldn’t have minded the bracelet bro if it was for something I actually did that deserved it. I’ve owned every mistake I’ve ever made this far. I’m a man and if I fuck up I’ll own it no matter what. This one na. It’s just a big money making machine for the township I live in. The cops could have played it 100 better ways than they did. They had an agenda and didn’t give two shits about the people( me) that they fucked over for no other reason than their stats and money. Not crying just being real.

Ok so today is by far the worst I’ve felt in a long while. Not like super sick but just really lethargic and everything hurts. Feels like I got my ass kicked by 10 dudes. Not cool but I had to hit the gym today.

It’s been 3 months since I’ve been there and nothing was stopping me.

Really wanted to run to the gym but not trying to sound like a pussy but my knees are on fire from the Lymes I guess. Wife dropped me off. No spotter today but that’s fine. Not gonna try to kill myself. Today is just so I have a reference on where my bench is for future workouts.

2- Warm up sets of 90lbs x 15 (Don’t even count these)

2-sets of 225 x 15 (didn’t push hard at all. Super easy so far.)

2-sets of 315lbs x 10 (still didn’t really push hard yet.) could have done more but.

1-set of 405lbs x 4 (Definitely starting to feel heavy. My joints are on fucking fire)

1- set 450 x 1 ( I’m stopping here. No spotter and I’m not feeling super strong with this weight right now. Got one pretty easy but wasn’t gonna push another one)

Not super happy but not super bummed either. If I felt better I probably would have went for another 10lbs or so but I’m a whiney cunt today.

Thanks man. It did feel pretty awesome. I have a lot of pent up energy and anger that definitely needs released in a positive way. Right now to be total honest though I’m fucking spent. I’ve been in 3 and 5 minute wars that didn’t make me feel this drained after. It’s hard for me to accept some little tiny ass bug can make me feel this shitty.

Started new Antibiotics for Lymes yesterday so hopefully they start to push back sooner than later.

I just tried to eat and it’s just not happening right now. I might have to go soak in the hot tub for a minute. Everything hurts.

After this first week (which I’m not even counting) I will be doing 1/2ml of the Deca mix with 1/2ml of the test400 EOD. I know that’s a lot for many but I’ve been doing this for 20years. Pretty sure my receptors know what’s up. That should put me somewhere around 800mgs of Test with about 600mgs of Deca every 8 days.
Dude, what are your T numbers like at those levels of gear???

Weight switched to the gym scale 194 even.

Not gonna list my meals cause just being real I can’t hardly eat shit the last 2/3 days. This lymes shit better start getting better by next week cause in my mind it’s go time then. Fuck it I’ll take the tick along for the ride if it’s not.

I’m sorry brother I’m a terrible logger. I didn’t pull bloods to start this one. I was just being a big pussy. I’m just so tired of blood tests for this and urine tests for that my whole life I’m just kinda over it.
I mean for me those are pretty responsible doses but based on previous bloods and and my squeaky clean receptors after a 4/5 month layoff I’d say it’s gonna be up there. I’m sure I’ll get a wild hair up my ass once things really starting rolling and I’ll pull them just to see.

I’m taking everything they gave me bro. I can’t remember the name of it but it’s somekind of antibiotic. I just know I gotta take it for a good while.

I sure hope this shit isn’t long term. I’m use to bouncing off the walls 24/7. I’m so not use to having zero energy. I honestly don’t think I could live like this if was a long term thing. I’d rather stab myself to death in my face than live like this actually.
I know I probably sound like a whiney bitch and I totally admit that when I’m not 110% I start to unravel but I just never experienced being this fucking tired. I can’t even think of anyone I want to punch in the face today. I’d rather just lay down and do nothing.

No worries. I can imagine. Sounds like you’ve been in this for a long time. I’m just getting goi g in trying to improve myself. I got some bloods recently and according to the “charts” they were way high. But I’m learning that’s subjective for sure. Especially to the medical establishment. I’m just trying to get a reference point for what’s a good productive level vs. not. But from reading all of these posts from others it seems like that’s highly variable from person to person as well. Dude, Lyme’s is no joke and nothing to dismiss for sure. Get your rest and recover.

Today was the first day I’ve noticed an improvement on how I’m feeling. I can see and feel my energy is starting to come back.

So went into the gym pretty focused. Mood wasn’t good but I was able to get a lot of hate going which I really missed. Wlaked into the gym and there were probably 20 people in there. By the time I got busy I was alone. Lol

That was pretty much it. Did experience a nasty ass Tricep cramp about half way. Took a good 10 minutes for it to let go. Had a calf cramp on the way home. Gotta stop that shit sooner than later.
The next two days now that I have decent reference points on enough I’ll streamline my workouts and Saturday should be my first real workout for the 495 push.

I’ll start posting up my meals and calories and such again then too. I just haven’t eaten enough the last 3/4 days to even talk about.

Starting Saturday fucked up joints from Lymes or not no more car rides to the gym. I’ll be running the 5 miles daily. Return trip will be determined.
