Hello, is there a way I can tell or guesstimate Aromasin dosage for first cycle?

Test E 250mg/week, BF% 22%.

I will be getting blood rests here when I hit week 6 but in the time being what should I do, because I am skinny fat I want to stop aromatizing before it even starts.

I started doing 12.5mg EOD is that too much or too little?

250mg is on average borderline for where you might need an AI, at your bf I would say it's more than likely that ya your estrogen will run high.

Is 12.5mg cutting your pills in half? If you can cut them in quarters, personally I would start 6.25mg MWF instead of 12.5 EOD. If you don't know how you aromatize, nuking your estrogen can be more devastating than accidentally letting it run a tad high for 1 week.

One thing I can say for certain, regardless of what protocol you start on, if it's just test and AI, do the labs in week 4 you'll be at steady state by then and can make whatever is the necessary adjustment. no need to wait 6 weeks if your dose is 250test. last thing I'll say is that is kind of a no man's land dose between trt and an actual cycle

I would focus on bringing your BF level down to <=15% ASAP. It shouldn't be hard with light cardio, cleaned up diet and hard training. It'll make estrogen management a lot easier as well as managing your overall health which is paramount if you run cycles; some people say the gear also works better in that range.
