I'm going to take 0.25 eod through out my cycle . My tabs say 1 mg does this mean I need to split the tab into 4 and take every other day ? Any advise cheers !

Hey bro, what's your current cycle look like. This way we can get an idea of the aas your on and the level of androgenic sides you could be having. Also, how far are you along in your cycle. I personally take 1mg/ed with cycles. hit us back so we can help you out.

.25 Mgs should be fine for your dose of 500mgs. You can always increase it if needed.
If you have trouble splitting them pick up a tablet splitter.
only other 2 things I'd mention is an AI during pct such as aaromasin and you may wanna consider bumping up to 750mgs around wk 8. ...Just a thought bro.

I was always told not to use adex unless it's needed. You need a bit of estrogen to build muscle so you don't want to suppress it a lot. I keep adex on hand in case of gyno feeling. Never had any problems or reason to use it though.

Aromasin is another form of AI such as your arimidex.
AI's are used to keep estrogen levels in check during Increased test levels.
Your body naturally tries to keep in homeostasis -so by increasing your test levels estrogen levels are bound to raise.
aromasin has a more profound effect on estrogen due to its "suicidal" effect or lack of potential estrogen rebound.

your arimidex will work as well for your pct on this cycle but aromasin would be a better choice if given the option.

I'm going to use the arimidex during my cycle not for pct . Be told to use a serm like nolvadex . Because arimidex for pct will destroy to much estregon and u need a certain amount of estregon . !

Yes, if it's 1mg, it needs to be split into quarters to get 0.25 . Should be fairly obvious, no?

Chances are u will never get it split into .25 perfectly

If your going to do Adex, .5 eod should fine. I can usually run 600mg test /week and get away with .5 eod. But when I add a 19 nor to my cycle like I'm running now... Game over, I have to run 5-7mg/week and caber to keep my nipples from blowing up. I know that I'm going to give aromisin a shot with my next cycle. Never tried it.
