I wouldn’t touch halo unless for a very specific purpose. Ton of great other options for pre workout that are way more easily tolerated.Bumping this- hope to hear some feedback as I have been curious about running Halo as well…

Last few weeks before bodybuilding compThanks bro! Good to know.
The couple of specifics I have heard are: fighters using it for the aggression, and also getting some intensity back in your workouts when severely depleted at end of prep.
Any other use cases?

As @Sector. said, it’s used as a hardener pre stage as well as utilized pretty regularly in strength sports.
There’s definitely people that use it to break plateaus in training regardless of the toxicity (I know JP was a fan), but I just see other options as more sustainable and tolerable for most.

Use it to strategically break through strength plateaus
If you just want aggression but don’t care about toxicity. Cheque drops are pretty gnarly

Those A-Bomb gummies thoughThe avg gym bro using 25mg of Halo as a pre workout is like shooting a squirrel point blank with a shotgun. Overkill.
