Anyone buy home gym equipment from Alibaba????

I've seen ads pop up before and it's legit the same shit, but you never know. Feel like my Leg Ext/Curl is coming close to end of life. A brand I like has a more heavy duty one for 950 but 500 on Alibaba direct from manufacturer

My wife and I are likely going to add the GMWD LE08 2.0 to our gym n the near future. We have a leg extension on our Bowflex system, but that, too, is near end of life.

Yeah I've got one of teh GMWD lower end models. Still works, but feel like it's not going to last. Echo Strength has a Leg Ext/Curl that is the same price. I've got a smith/pulley rack from them and it seems like it is much stronger construction

I know this can be a geographical thing but it’s worth mentioning before you spend a ton cash, while we are all paying 5 bucks a gallon for fuel and steaks, well I won’t even go there I’ll just say it’s gotten crazy high on my area

Gym membership pricing is incredibly inexpensive right now, I see gym memberships @ $9 bucks a month near me

$60 is pretty typical for a lot of gyms to do week passes. There was a good gym with a ton of good equipment that I don't usually get to try and it was worth it vs going to a planet fitness (which is my normal work travel gym)

I did endless junk volume and lifted for almost 2 hours lmao.

These primes machines are fucking smooth. I'd love to lift on them more to play around with the resistance profit but kept mostly to middle and top plates so heavier at stretch and mid point.

The MegaMass linear row was pretty sick too.

Leg Day at Muscle Factory Tempe. Prime equipment is pretty slick. This arsenal hack squat was massive and smooth. Idk what this single leg pendulum leg press thing was, but it was huge and dope. Lastly this hip hinge pull was pretty cool. Def got a lot more resistance than RDL/SLDL

Prime Leg Curl - def crushed my hammies. Contraction was legit


Prime Leg Curl. Had to play with the resistance to find the right level. Seems some of you don't use the low plate it loses all restrictions at the end of the movement

It's $65 a month, which seems to be the going rate for most high end bodybuilding gyms. Not sure what a Pedestal Squat machine is, but these were just want I lifted on. They had 2 pendulum squats, some v-squats, cybex leg press, other leg press, power squat, belt squats, other hack squats, some squat machines I had no idea how to us, etc

I took a video of the whole leg room (6k sq ft) of just legs, but can't upload it here

Yeah, they had and Arsenal and another one, can't remember the brand. I've used the Arsenal one at a gym in my home town when I travel back there 2 weeks out of the year.

Where are these "good" $10 gyms?

I have a pendulum squat in my garage, so wanted to do some hack squats and leg presses, which I don't get to do often

Hmmm. Texas seems to have a lot of gyms popping up around Dallas and Houston like Absolute Recomp. Want to hit one of those when I'm in either of those places next. I'm sure the ones you're talking about are more niche and smaller

I belong to 2 gyms. And yes. I pay $11 a month for the one. It's crazy. . I'll never cancel.

But I can buy a Inc Fly, Leg Ext/Curl, Seated Shoulder Press for like $500 more than than just buying a Leg Ext/Curl and they look exactly the same in the pictures.
