NICE!

Little tip with the semax..... lay flat with your head tilted way back when you drop it, and give it 30 secs to a minute to absorb before returning upright. You don't want to shoot it down your throat, nor do you want it to drip back out your nostrils. You want it to sit in your nasal cavity to cross the blood brain barrier :)
