Today pre workout I took 20mg of var with antiacids, I had acid reflux so harsh that I vomited my food. I think at this point, it is pointless to take antacids or proton pump inhibitors.

Today pre workout I took 20mg of var with antiacids, I had acid reflux so harsh that I vomited my food. I think at this point, it is pointless to take antacids or proton pump inhibitors.

I deal with the same. When I was young I could eat all the orals but now,
no Buenos.

I tried OTC Prilosec and that didn't help at all either.
