Anavar for lean bulk?

okay so basically you have no idea how much you’re actually eating so you have no information to provide.
My hectic home life and lack of free time makes it difficult to plan meals and count macros. I figure if I'm eating too much what's the worst that can happen? Gain 1-2% body fat? As HFO3 said, I could very well be undereating a bit.

just use my fitness pal it’s takes 2seconds. A meal plan can be very easy and basic if you just want to look good naked and be more jacked than the average gym rat but not competition level. Hell just make 2lbs of chicken and 2cups of rice and a couple protein shakes and take them with you everyday you can add stuff in but it’s just a quick place to start. The thing is people always have time for what they actually want to do.

I, along with many of the other guys can relate to the lack of free time and hectic home and family duties. Especially you have a kids n sports and they are playing several games and tournaments and practices every week. My diet stays on track year round and training will fluctuate from 3-5 days per week depending in available time. Get in the habit of eating the same thing everyday, for me dinner is the only meal that changes. Track the macros and calories for that set meal plan and it becomes easy to adjust more or less carbs and/or fat depending in goals. Meal prep is a must to stay on track.

Like bft85 said, cooking up a big batch of chicken or beef with a side of rice or other carb source doesn't take too much time. An instant pot helps. Rotate sauces and seasoning to keep meals from getting boring.

the insta pot is the key. That’s the only way I can stand cold or reheated chicken.

Also was wondering if it would be better to do a straight bulk with Tren, maybe add the masteron, and THEN cut with the var...rather than doing a lean bulk

tren is good for recomp too, you can hold onto muscle build some mass and cut fat at the same time. if your one of the lucky ones that dont get harsh side you can use tren for everything

Yes, I grill tilapia and chicken breast and steamed vegetables with the occasional instant potatoes and brown rice. Gravy if I'm feeling naughty lol. I guess it wouldn't be too hard to keep up with the macros, I just don't. I'm not competing, just in it for the fitness and looks and brute strength

Tracking macros can seem tedious at first, but after doing it for a while you will get a better idea of how many calories you are really consuming. After a while you can stop tracking if you eat basically the same things everyday. Then just adjust carbs/fats to fit total calories and goals.

there are very few “competitors” here. You're with the majority of members, we are mostly gym rats who are blasting AAS ...that being said not tracking macros is the equivalent to installing a turbo on your Corvette with no EMS, bigger injectors or any upgraded supporting modifications and just hoping for the best results by continuing to add more boost. It will add some HP, it will also turn your engine into swiss cheese. "Lose it!" is a free user friendly app to count your macros, tracking literally takes 5 minutes a day. Knowledge is power

I agree with all the above. Var for 5 wks at end is a waste in my opinion. Save up and buy more when you can.

TBOL last 5wks.

It'll be 5 weeks of Tren and var (10 wks total Tren) and then five weeks of just var after that. And probably some masteron :)

Diet is clean, I don't count macros I just eat as much as I can whenever I can and drink a protein shake daily. No sugar, low carbs

I used this method for a very long time until I finally decided to do macros and realized how off I was on everything. After two weeks of strict logging, I now have a better idea of what I need for a bulk cycle, and then a lean cut. Almost a week after I began macros I noticed the scale moving, pre-cycle. It was good to see. Just a thought.
