Amount of Protein at one sitting?

Me too. But i was eating 6-7 meals a day usually. Trying to get on 300-350 gr in 3 meals would have been tough!
I stay at a steady 400g (direct sources) and like 5 solid meals alongside an intra and post shake
 
Just to add my dos centavoes. There's a dictionary difference in digestion vs absorption vs assimilation.

Looking at the pics of some members here, the amount of daily protein consumption required varies a lot.

I turn 67, 6-7, in three weeks and need less protein than I did in my younger days and shoot for about 30 to 50 grams per shake or meal.
 
Eat what you want and never listen to "experts", the same people who said margarine and trans fats are "better for you" than butter, etc..
