Turning 42 this month. Been an adventure sports athlete most of my life. Surfing, kayaking, hiking, gravel biking, trail running, all that good stuff. I also spent a lot of years partying way too hard but put all that crap down for good over 6 years ago on Christmas, still the best damn decision of my life and you honestly couldn't pay me enough to drink or do recreational drugs again.

Not long after getting sober I jumped hard back into fitness, working back up to imperial century rides (100mi+ in one day) several times a week on the gravel bike and surfing and kayaking my brains out. Eventually started doing real resistance training again and in my late 30s I got into better shape than I had ever been in my life, all natty at the time.

But over the last year or two I could feel myself plateauing and the weights became a chore to maintain rather than something I would actively look forward to, and I could feel myself slowing down on the bike and in the water too. I decided one day a couple months ago to look into TRT, signed up with PererMD, got my hormones checked, and sure enough my T was dismally low, 231 total T and 39 free T. Granted they told me to go as late in the day as possible (probably to better justify a prescription) so I know the test probably captured the absolute bottom of my range, but either way it was eye opening and explained so much.

Now seven weeks in on 180mg/wk Test C, 500iu/wk HCG, 1mg/wk Reta, 2iu/day HGH, 600mg/wk Glutathione, and smatterings of NAD+ and GHK-Cu, I'm looking and feeling better than I imagined I could at this age. My energy is high, my mood is delightful for lack of a better word, I'm sleeping like a rock at night and I have tons of motivation to not only work out but also take care of regular chores and bullshit. The amount of volume in the gym that I'm motivated to do, capable of doing, and able to recover from is unreal compared to how I felt just a couple of months ago.

This space and the knowledge of so many here has been invaluable. I have no interest in being a competitive body builder but really I've learned so damn much from y'all so thank you! Also thank you to the amazing suppliers here! I really just wanna feel and look great and keep enjoying the things I love at a high level of performance for as long as possible. Also my girl fucking loves it and can't keep her hands off me, so that's an added bonus lol.

I'm waiting on new blood work results to come back and I will surely post them here when they do. Until then, I think the results speak for themselves. The first picture was this past December, still in better shape than 97% of men my age but not as good as I knew I could be. The second picture is from a few days ago after roughly seven weeks of TRT and all the rest.
