Look, I've been trying to give everyone who will listen the super secret of how to get the most out of your training.

I'm unveiling trade secrets that are usually bought and paid for with tren and tranny porn.

Use a damn log book....

Even if you only use it for a few weeks. Just write what you did down and try to beat it the next week for a couple months (with the same form).... If you ONLY did this twice a year or would dramatically improve your training.

I have yet to have a client that didn't log before, start to log, and not make crazy progress in strength and size...

You THINK you're training hard, but until you actually honestly test what you can do, it's 99% likely you're not.

These messages are very common and, it's to no fault of the person training, they just haven't been pushed consistently or really know what hard training SHOULD feel like.

I use it every day for a few reasons…. Idk how guys don’t use it. My workouts would be even longer. And I would have a ton more wasted sets trying to guess what weight is within my rep range from the week prior. Also keeping me in the gym longer trying to figure that shit out when I’m already on a time crunch

1- it takes the thought process out of trying to remember what my weight was last week, allowing me to focus more on the lift and not my brain that’s fried from years of drug abuse

2- to track my progress. It shows me I get stronger daily. Putting side notes in to “up weight or hold here” are extremely helpful as well for the next session.
