Placed an order with AG, at this point I’ve lost count how many TDs I’ve scored with them. There was a little more back and forth comms during the placing of this order due to one of the items ordered being out of stock. I was informed of this and asked if I wanted to proceed with the order or substitute with a different item, which I did. I added 2 different ones in place of the out of stock item. Order was placed, shipping took a tad longer than usual nothing bad, which AG made me aware of that it could take longer before hand due to X reasons, so all good. Pack arrived looking great as usual, BUT missing one of the added items. I emailed AG, informing them about the issue. Got a reply within an hour or 2. They apologized and asked to confirm shipping not only to ship the missing item, BUT double up on it. No ifs and or buts, simple as that they took care of the issue and doubled up. Doesn’t get better than that as far as customer service. Thanks again AGL! 😎
