So Ive run couple cycles before, and acne broke out in all of those cycles, but unlike this one. Im on simple test-e at 750ew and starting to break out at large scale. What you bros use for acne?? As of now im lowering salt + lowering estrogen a bit.

This happend to me awhile back I had a few cycles under my belt and broke out pretty bad on my shoulders back and some face acne but mostly on my back and I read up on (dickinsons witch hazel) bought some and it helped big time and as soon as I ended my cycle it went away after a couple weeks completly.. Hope this helps brother

Also forgot to mention I would have my old lady scrub my back 3 times a day as we shawered and have her apply the witch hazel once I was fully dry
 
No problem I tend to read up on anything I use so I suggest the same but like I said it worked for me.. let us know how it goes it might help someone else out

Cetaphil skin cleanser has always worked well for me on my back/shoulders.
 
This may sound gay..... But I use a lufa and the target version of practive, works well

This is good stuff! I also use Neutrogena body clear as a regular soap. There are so many homeopathic remedies out there (herbs, scrubs, BLR acnedren). Many if them work well, but for me it is often not enough, and I have had to see a dermatologist to get an antibiotic prescribed (minocycline is good). The last step would be accutane, which almost always works for guys, but I have never personally used it
 
Acutane is the best but very harsh. Mono cyclone worked for me but only for a short time. Tanning also helps to dry up oily skin.
 
Switch your pillow cases and shirts you sleep in.
Less fried food.
If you feel your estrogen is high, take some aromasin.

Harsh? Yeah, buy a 50 gal drum of drinking water and a case of chap stick. It works good but you do need to keep your estrogen in check. I was on it for a while and not taking any AI's and it barely did anything. Once I got on the aromasin (after bloods showed my estro was high) it cleared up. But that shit will dry you the fuck out.
