Yep, been there a number of times. Had a work meeting down there and got a week pass. Absolutely unbelievable gym. Equipment the second to none. Facilities were awesome, and their supplement shop was great.
Saw a number of IFBB pros there like Jordan Hutchinson and Elias McCall. Also ran into that fuck tart Malibu, whatever. The dude who lied about getting blown up.

If you live down near one of them, it’s 100% worth joining. They are relatively affordable too. I think it was 65 bucks a month.

They pack so many machines in there it was pretty open the three times I went. I've got a few more passes and need to get a work trip back to dallas just to go back.

Place is amazing. I think I lifted for over 2 hours on a back and chest day and just did endless junk volume b/c there were tons of machines I wanted to use.

I don't know how they are profitable. I'm trying to build out a business model to open a gym similar to this, but just much much smaller. Mix of elite new equipment, vintage stuff, and then probably some Chinese clones. To build out an 8-10k sqft warehouse I'm at close to 800k. These are are probably 25,000sq ft. Then charging $65 is nuts. Maybe they are going with some of the PlanetFitness model where half will sign up and never come.

It’s a young middle eastern guy who owns them. They must have some VC money or something behind them because they are expanding like crazy. They have a bunch of locations and seem to open a new one every few months.
Would love for them to expand to Florida!

I’ve been sending them DMs monthly about a Tampa location! Would be amazing. Our “nice” gyms are over crowded and super pricey, ie MI40 or Champs Elysium.

They would crush it here, although I do think it would be super crowded.

If it is super packed that just gives them a reason to expand further in the area. Shows the demand is there.
