Wifey told me I got it. Ill post up tommrow. Gotta work until tommrow. My work scheduled is fuckeddddd but ill make it work and just an FYI I went from 263 to 194 from January till now with Tirzepatide. I lost some muscle but now its recomp time!!! Im excited!!!!!!

You know cardio is not my strong point after I had a foot surgery and now I'm dealing with a foot injury again but I'm giving it my fucking all I am pushing through the pain through the injury life is just going to have to kill me because I'm giving this everything I got

30 minute slow jog. @JackedCarpenter33 I did not get the runners high...yet! Will do the same run this evening.

Diet was good yesterday, was still on my 2200 calories. Today I started the YMS diet outline. Starting weight is 202#. Body fat, 14 or 15%? Trying to schedule a Styku or Dexa scan this week.

Workout today was shoulders. I changed my routine this week to 4 sets of 15 reps. Some sets I bumped the weight, some exercises I added drop sets.

I love to cut - not sure why...
I'm hoping I come min at least 10th place :coffee: - too many guys in the competition that are far more experienced than I am.
 
YMS contest TD. I'll put a spreadsheet together to track their recommended doses and protocol along with my current training log.

seems my heavy carb Monday is still keeping my weight a little high, see about a few adjustments based on new bf percentage.
