Bottom line is same as its been for decades. Political parties are lies. Theres the people and theres the government and anyone who works in that big ass building in DC doesnt give a single solitary fuck about the people. It's not just people against the government, it's people against a single centralized power structure of government and amassed capital. Government is just doing the will of the capital class. In a real country, 99.7% of our politicians would be in prison for bribery and collusion, along with the few thousand incredibly wealthy individuals and special interest groups that puppeteer them. Unfortunately we don't live in a real country anymore. America is a business. Say that again: we all live in a business. Once we accept that, everything else makes more sense.

Something to consider seriously.

Between 2024 and 2026, so far, and from what I could gather after skimming the surface about all of this this morning, 8 vendors were shut down and 4 more were sent warnings by the FDA. They are definitely targeting this industry.

This took less than an hour of reading/research into this to find out and to me it's disturbing. They're not playing around with this. It makes me consider very seriously just staying in the confines of trusted board sources here because I have, as I'm sure many others have, used one or more of those listed vendors before. Not anymore.

It's not just testosterone found in sarms (I couldn't find anything about levels). Several compliance issues are being used as leverage to initiate more thorough investigations.

I will say, I’ve seen a lot of these brands being pretty reckless with having social media influencers give out discount codes… I’ve even seen their ads on Reddit

I don't follow social media myself so i can't say what they post.
And he plead guilty so that is about as definite as it gets. Course he may have actually done something worse and then it was plea bargained down to those charges but no way for me to know.

It was multiple charges with test in sarms being the least. They, imo, used that for dynamics. Illegal importation, improper and faulty testing, illegal products not approved by the FDA, products not intended for human use that "For Research Purposes Only" would not cover because of what they determined the actual target audience was, marketing violations etc. There was a much broader scope than "test in sarms". That could've not been a part of it at all and he was still fucked.

Yup. Read through the whole thing. They had him on multiple things.
My original post was just about 1 aspect and my thoughts on that 1 thing.
Some things were nothing i cared about. But the government would.

He said "I didnt understand the risks." Mofo probably ordered Rad140, got his ass caught, and that "letter" saying "you may be a victim" actually said "testify or you're getting charged."

To be fair, no I haven't, been super busy lately and just casually reading headlines is all I've had time for. But, I did see it posted on another forum, so people are paying attention to this one.

It seems like he was playing a little bit too loose on this stuff and being dishonest about what he was selling. Not good.
