Morning is the only time I can consistently claim as "my time". Ain't no one up and ready to do shit at 445am besides me. Sometimes my India coworkers will hit me up, but usually that's just a quick teams convo
 
I've never been able to get a good workout in in the mornings.
The reason you can’t get a good workout in the morning is your mind is set by the way you speak

Start saying “I get my best workouts in the morning” hit the iron with massive dosages of eaa, bcaa, l-arginine and a dose of caffeine

Morning is best for me. Later in the day other distractions and commitments compete with my time. Mornings are free for me and if I'm well rested it's go time.
