Been doing not so great at posting lately. Gonna do better now the holidays are over.
 
Honestly the progression I’ve made the past few weeks is absolutely crazy. Weight and reps moving up up up!!!

Well we put a little too much weight on last week. Got a very minor pull back. 30G’s of carbs less a day. Still blown away with my progression last week. Hopefully it continues with the food decrease. Feeling a little sick today. Hoping I get over that fast and trainings not effected. Pics from check in. 12.5 weeks into this bulk. 173-192 fasted this morning. (After carbs loads and cheat meal yesterday.) ready for tonight. Hoping once I get rolling the crud will still away.

Been sick. Pushed it in the gym Monday and Tuesday. Had to cut my leg workout short a set of quads and a set of hams. Still threw up better numbers on what I was able to do before my body shut down. Decided I’m done pushing myself into a hole. Taking tonight off to recover. R&R as soon as I get out of work tonight and I’ll see how I feel tomorrow. Hate this shit especially when I’ve been progressing the way I have.
 
Finally feeling good enough to get back in the gym. Took 2 days off. woke up 187 this morning so I'm down quite a bit. assuming it's inflammation because I've gotten in my meals despite being sick. Ready to get back at it!!
 
Got my labs scheduled in a few weeks. Gonna make sure I haven't cooked myself. will done done week 15 of my cycle.

Last night went well. Still not 100% from being sick but getting close. Chest is already sore. Unfortunately 120lbs DB’s is the highest my gym goes so we are switching out lower lat rows with landmine rows. I connect well with both but feel like the landmine rows are my exercise when comparing the 2. Shoulders and arm tonight.

Check ins went well keeping things the same for the week coming. I’m about 900g’s of carbs deep right now and have another meal to go. Fueling up for the week. Saturday nights lifts 👇

You're telling me. lol I figured with the amount of food I've been pushing I'd be a lot fatter! Pretty Awesome I'm not! gonna make this cut easy though so we can get right back to growing again! Proud of you as well brother! You're making phenomenal progress!
 
Labs are done. Will post when they all come in. Killed legs last night. Anyone gauge whether or not they had a good leg day by when they get up to piss in the middle of the night their quads immediately lock up when standing out of the bed??? Cause that’s how I know I did some damage.
 
Well locked up after switching from quads to hams again last night. Gonna have to talk to coach about switching hamstrings for another exercise another day. With that being said PR’s across the board for quads. Check-ins went well. Got a little food increase because my weekly average is down from last week. Woke up 188.8 this morning. Carbs loads and free meal then cardio and more food. 🤘🏼
