232lbs AM weight. BP is starting to be of concern. The past few days I've been running around 140-145/85-90. I have BP meds on hand and will continue to monitor it closely. If it gets any higher I'm going to jump on the meds. The nausea that I was experiencing has subsided for the most part and my appetite is getting better. The first few days I ran the proviron at 50mg then increased it to 100mg after that. 1 10ml vial of Sust500 only lasts me 2.5 weeks so donations are being accepted j/k. The only tren side that I can report at this time is a shitty attitude. Sleep has been pretty good, but I'm also taking .5mg xanax right before bed so I'm sure that's helping.
Here's what yesterday's meals looked like:
Meal 1: 165g of Optimum Nutrition Pro Complex gainer, 16oz 2% milk, 1/2 c quick oats, 2 tbls coconut oil
Meal 2: 8oz Picadillo (Cuban chili) w/2 c basmati rice
Meal 3: Fried chicken (breading removed) breast, thigh, and a leg w/1.5 c macaroni and cheese
Meal 4: 8oz chicken thigh meat simmered in green salsa served over 2c basmati rice
Meal 5: 2 heaping scoops Optimum Nutrition Hydrolyzed whey, 16oz 2% milk, 1/2 c quick oats, 2 tbls peanut butter
1.5g of water throughout the day w/2 scoops of ON EAAs
Chest training tonight.
