Hi everyone, I’ll try not to drag this out. I was on a cycle for two years—Testo, orals, DHTs, Nandro, and a lot more; in between, I did TRT+ / Cruise.

Due to mental health issues, I had to stop; many of you here supported me and showed me empathy.

I don’t want to talk about the past—it’s done, and the wounds are almost 100% healed.

My last post was a long time ago; according to blood work from two days ago, I did everything right: 8 weeks of PCT, HCG, Enclomid, and Nolvadex.

I’m 40, 6 feet tall, and unfortunately currently only weigh 200lbs. I’ve lost about 14lbs since coming off the cycle.

My last PCT day is about 3 month ago. My total test is 380 ng/dL (fasting in the morning) and my free testosterone is slightly below the reference range; my SHBG is binding up all my free testosterone—it’s slightly above the reference range, about 65 pg/mL.

The rest—HC, heart, electrolytes, kidneys, liver, including LP(a)—is all within normal range. Thank God! Everything came back fine.

Yeah, I’m a typical TRT patient… let’s see what happens; I’m currently planning.

The funny thing: My wife got pregnant for the third time during my PCT... LOL

I wanted to share this post with you to show that with a healthy lifestyle, even if you’re taking 1g+ of substances, a PCT can definitely be justified.

I’m planning a Test-Only Cycle; I’ll taper out from 250, over 16 weeks down to about 500–600 mg per week.

Awesome man. Ive actually strongly been considering the same and just going low low dose trt or trying to come off for a few months entirely. TRT since 2018 and blasting this last year plus a ton when i was younger. I bet it feels good to just be free from all this for a bit.

Actually, mate, mentally it was the best break I could have given myself. During that time, I also realized that I still loved working out so much that, the moment I started my training in the evening, I could forget everything—sometimes even the fact that I wasn’t “on” anymore. The interesting thing is, I’ve remained very strong in many exercises—I still bench 315 lbs, for example, which makes me very happy—but I don’t look strong anymore, just fit, but not bulky. But I should actually be more than happy—as long as your goal is not to go on stage or being competition-oriented in any sports, there’s no reason to risk your health and mental well-being for just 1 pound of muscle. Work smart, not hard, when it comes to PEDs.....I realized also that food is still king when it comes to remain as much muscle as possible and still have energy during workout, I always took my 200-250gr of Protein, a lot of carbs (400-500), and covered my fat especially during PCT, and my bodyfat elevated of course a bit, but not that much, I'm not at 14-15%. Without anything! No PED's, Peptides or HGH.

Respect for sharing that. It takes balls to be honest with yourself and to see you prioritizing health first is awesome. This should be the norm and unfortunately, it's the exception. I'm sure you still look better than 99% of gen pop too.

Good to hear you're healthy and well both mentally and physically. Congratulations on that brother!

Thx mate. Your words mean a lot to me, and I really appreciate it.

IMO 380ng/dl is a very successful pct at 40 after blasting for 2 years. Nice work bro
Really? Well, I'm feeling good, no low energy, normal libido (not crazy, not low). But in fact 380ng/dl is here in my country the middle range (200-800). But for other countrys I see it's low Test and a potential TRT patient, are you agree?
