So, its the end of the week and I gotta say am loving this combination of Prop and mast. My pumps are killer, Strength is increasing across the board, I couldn’t be more satisfied with the 600mg dosage I chose. I am still not going to use an AI.
I added 2 bags of maple and brown sugar oats and 1 cup raw 1 minute oats backed with a 25 gram protein shake and super greens and super reds.The other two days I add in a chicken cordon bleu and 1/3-2/3 cup almonds. With these additions I am starting to fill out a little more, I like the speed of this comeback, for the first time in a long time I feel solid and strong again.
A few words for the newer guys who are learning: take your time, log your food and your workouts, do everything on purpose and be consistent with eating and training, more than anything else that is how you’ll learn what works for you and how exceed your goals,
