I know where you’re coming from I have forgotten more than some will ever learn, journaling is wise and I should do more of it.

for rear delts try using the cables:

option A stand in front of the freestyle cables set the beams highland semi wide, grab opposing handles making an X formation with the cables, pull from high to low. I prefer doing these with no handles so thats a different cable machine and the name escapes me right now (moderate weight high volume 15 reps)

option B same machine to or any cable machine, stand sideways facing the cable set the beam high, grab the handle and step-away from the machine so the ROM will be taking the handle across your chest to about your waist (moderate weight and high volume of 15 reps)

option C DB bent over laterals using 90 degree elbows and shoulders, use a slow tempo and heavy weight. Kneel into the seat pad and place your chest down on an incline bench pad, like your doing spider curls, except do rear laterals slow and controlled but heavy as you can

Not too much to report other than things are going well, I love test prop @600 a week. Its a game changer from where I was with 300 cyp and 200 mast. Most of you know this already but for those fo you that dont, test P is just instant, its in and out, no water retention no pulled punches, I feel like a pin cushion but it’s worth it.

last night I went off my routine and trained heavy back, 3 sets shoulder presses and 6 sets biceps and I was mr swoleosis

tonight I’ll train legs. My ankle has been giving me hell since my last leg press day but thats what they make aspirin and braces for, right.

Thursday I should be back on track with chest focus and light back, then friday shoulders and triceps, with maybe 3 sets of heavy bicep preacher curls since last night between back and biceps my biceps were smoked


just a side note ....Ive been using STIMULATE from IML along side my own mix of PWO. Now yesterday about mid day I used a 200mg caffeine pill so last night I took one cap STIMULATE around 8pm and I had to consciously time myself between sets so I didn’t jump set to set. We’ll see if keeps performing like this cause historically I have to cycle all stims as if they lose potency which they dont they just affect me less the more I use them, maybe its homeostasis of some type or I build a tolerance pretty quickly, idk but I’ll be back with more of my personal experience
 
I hear you multi but Im dedicated to achieving my goals, I didn’t even want to go at that hour. I prefer morning or day training. I took 2 dream and grow plus a Benadryl to sleep :)
 
I absolutely loathe having to take things to "wake up" and then things to "fall asleep". I do it. But I loathe it. I'm not sure I could counteract a stim after 5pm though.
 
I despise it also. However Ive been doing it for a while now. I quit morning coffee and went to ES 5 hr energy since coffee stopped working for me. I also stopped energy drinks which I was using 2-4 a day. I feell so much better since I did that. This is why I created a minimalist PWO from pure powders that are beneficial for recovery and vaso dilation. I am using the IML stimulant with yohimbe among other things or a pure caffeine capsule and that’s helped my sleep situation

Prop is and has been a favorite of mine form the beginning of using AAS, I know many argue test is test but I do t use an ai or hold water.

I respond better to prop than say cyp… it’s my anecdotal study results but it works for me lol

They’re similar but tpp has a little longer half life and I like top as well. My favorite blend is atipp from gear church

I feel the same way about prop. Would exclusively run prop if it weren’t twice the price of cyp. Enth was giving me bad lumps every time until I switched to cyp… life has been much better since.

I have not tried it on its own. My last use all I added ALLMAX BCAA total of 8 grams combined with beta alanine, citruline but no other stims. In my estimation Id say of does what its supposed to do on its own.
moreover, I have taken bcaa many times without a stimulant and there is no real kick other than a BCAA kick and many bros dont even notice that on its own.

It was a worth the try for me, I’ll be keeping it my stim rotation moving forward.

test e does the same thing to me. yeah it costs little more take advantage of those sales
 
New drop of propionate and proviron to get me through the 56 days. I think Nexr go round I’ll add some to isocaproate and of course proviron

I do have some EP DBOL that I haven’t cracked open maybe I’ll add it to my next 56 days with isocaproate and proviron. What do you guys think?

So, its the end of the week and I gotta say am loving this combination of Prop and mast. My pumps are killer, Strength is increasing across the board, I couldn’t be more satisfied with the 600mg dosage I chose. I am still not going to use an AI.

I added 2 bags of maple and brown sugar oats and 1 cup raw 1 minute oats backed with a 25 gram protein shake and super greens and super reds.The other two days I add in a chicken cordon bleu and 1/3-2/3 cup almonds. With these additions I am starting to fill out a little more, I like the speed of this comeback, for the first time in a long time I feel solid and strong again.

A few words for the newer guys who are learning: take your time, log your food and your workouts, do everything on purpose and be consistent with eating and training, more than anything else that is how you’ll learn what works for you and how exceed your goals,

Those packet oats are very useful.

I'll chew on a pack or two the mornings I train after getting up. I don't bother with cooking them and they sit so light on the stomach it's like I haven't eaten anything at all

No water? Just eating them dry?

I like the higher protein quick oats but I never tried them uncooked.
 
Lol...sounds like when I was a kid and ate dry oats with brown sugar. When you're desperate for kid cereal and improvise.

Good advice man! Love those oatmeal packets, loaded with sugar though. Very useful bulking but I personally wouldn’t touch them trying to cut. Oatmeal’s a bitch to get down those are a breeze.

I've been using EP through PSL for some time now, maybe 3 years, and every single AAS or product I have used has been 100%.
