I have been using Genlabs/YMS for over a year and half now. Hands down the best service and products compared to anywhere else I have ordered. The support team is very responsive via email. While I have never had a product quality issue, I did have a shipping issue a couple of weeks ago. It was frustrating however, it did not fall on the shop, it was just stuck in transit for weeks. After expressing my concern to the support team, they made it right by reissuing my order for free and only asking that if the package that was stuck in transit did finally arrive that I pay for it. I am always satisfied with their service and products and will hopefully never have to use a different source. Thank you for the shirt! Maroon is a good color for me!

Awesome feedback, and love the color as well. YMS customers keep returning because the team always responds quickly, no one is ignored, conversations are always polite and number one goal is to make sure their customers are happy not only service and product as well.
