The single exercise that helped me achieve my weightloss and fitness goals!

What could it be? Bench, Squat, Deadlift?

It had to be the gear. Thats a quick fix. Which one? Primo, Mast, Tren, or Test? Nope! Absolutely incorrect. Probably the GLP-1. Sema, Triz, Reta? Nope!

It's simpler than that.

I recommend performing them with low weight with high reps for optimal gain.

It worked for me!

Truth... People still think walking slowly for 20 mins on a treadmill is "cardio" and it will help you lose weight and get in shape.
Yet, they don't "diet". (AKA 'eat correctly'). They look the same, and give up... Its all diet. Folks need to learn to eat first, then maybe join a gym to tone.
(I'm talking 'average folks / gen-pop'). The more info that is out there, the dumber people get... Learn proper nutrition, the rest will follow...

I laugh at the video but @Rot-Iron66 is right. We all know that. Well, most. It comes down to a lack of discipline which I fall short on sometimes as well so I guess I can't really say much but I still like to think I'm more disciplined than the average Joe. I'm still not posting a pic. 😂
