The life story of a WheyMoreTrap. From fat to fit to fat and we’re grinding back to fit again.

Took the rebound a little too far this winter but I had some fun with it after 9 months of redlining myself. I ended the summer around 195 and ended a short growth phase over the winter at a high of a fluffy 215.

I am and always have been about transparency. I got fat again. Not from lack of effort in the gym or busy lifestyle, eating like shit 24/7. This was pure ignorance on how to rebound properly but guess what? I learned a fuck ton doing this myself and figuring out how my body reacts and adjusts when certain levers are pulled. I’m gonna show the good the bad the ugly and the good again. Pics at the end…

We are 3 weeks out from a Vegas trip and redlining it again like last year to push as far as possible until then.

I see a lot of new names and faces around here so I’ll add my original pic from before the 90 day cut last year too. Final pics to come by May 10th. Lowest weight last year was 189.8. I weighed in today at 196.2. Weight will be similar to last year hopefully just a cleaner package.IMG_1490.jpeg

I’ve really realized the last few days that keeping this log was wildly beneficial to be able to refer back to a year later so I may start making more regular updates again. Atleast temporarily while cutting.

Cardio is 3 hours per week right now with 4 training days, abs and accessories on non training days. Trying to keep step count and movement high throughout the day seems to make a world of difference for me.

Gear/supplements are high right now. I don’t care what your opinion is keep it to yourself. What I’m doing works for me and that’s all I care about.
