Fluctuating between 190-192 consistently. I will be going back to TRT and taking 4 weeks to run maintenance calories, get bloodwork etc and then decide how to proceed to finish the cut for my July trip. My goal is to maintain this weight (I.e. eating maintenance) and cut from mid May to July ( 8 weeks) to lean out again before summer vacation.

Last pin of Masteron today and pulling out everything except 160mg test, 4mg Reta weekly and 5iu HGH for the next 4-6 weeks. I will continue to check in, this will be a reset/maintenance phase in which my goal is to continue this log to finish the cut by mid July for a trip. Calories are going to 2000 to start and will adjust as needed, 180g protein and fill in the rest. Mentally this is a reset for me so I’m not going to obsess on 40% of macros and meeting each individual number as long as we’re not drastically fluctuation weight week to week.IMG_7474.jpeg

Where were your calories at last on the cut? Just asking because 2,000 would be a pretty low new maintenance.

I would rather undershoot and have to increase than rebound and get fat. Calories were down to 1,600 so even 2000 is quite a bit for carbs. I’m open to criticism.

Furthest thing from criticism. Was just curious. Usually with a diet break you will bring up calories to your new maintenance for a few weeks to get rid of fatigue, hunger, get mentally right, you know the deal, but you can certainly do it the way you planned.

Bear with me as this is my first log ever so I may be leaving out some information. Any and all interaction is welcome including criticism/advice/shit talking/support. At the end of the day it’s all love and we’re all just bros with the same goal in mind. Bigger, stronger, more money and more sex.

I’m 36 and have been on TRT for 8 weeks at 180mg test cyp. I’m the stereotypical gym bro who always wanted to be better but was scared of needles so never went to the dark side. I have used a few pro hormones years and years ago and recently (within the last 2-3 years tried rad140 twice. I have been lifting for 15 years so the training part is not new for me but everything and anything regarding AAS is. I’ve been lean, I’ve been strong, but naturally my body type is such that being both at the same time has been difficult. Let me finish by saying I’m a huge proponent of less is more considering this is my first go round so although dosages might look low I would rather be able to increase as needed and see where this takes me.

My starting cycle will be:
Test Cyp 180mg/week
Monster NPP/Mast blend 1ml (200npp/200mast) broken up into twice weekly
Monster Dbol 25mg first four weeks

Training 4x week, usually chest/tri, back/bi, shoulders, legs split. My plan is to post my training sessions along with progress pics and update a few times a week with sides and noticeable changes.

Looks good bro. Yeah Dbol converts to estrogen like a MoFo so please get some AI before you start taking any just to be safe. Other than that have at it and enjoy…. Will be watching!!
