My wife came to the US when she was 15 from Bulgaria. Crazy story of growing up in the ashes of the Soviet Union and communism, and coming to America- legally, and with nothing, then thriving!
We came back to visit her family and show the kids where their mother grew up. It’s a beautiful country.
I tell her that they have the worst PR and marketing team because it’s a hidden gem.

Thought I would put a few pics up over the next 2 weeks we are here!

Shopska salad
Cucumbers, tomatoes, onions, parsley, goat cheese. Absolutely delicious and what her family eats on a daily basis.

Nice little selection of supplements at a gas station/rest stop.
Picked up an Animal Pak!
