The dosage is dependent mostly on how much sun you are getting and the index of the UV rays. If you are inside most of the time and only get tan from tanning beds 500 mcg has been me daily and i’m just slightly darker after a week. I have only had 4 tanning sessions so I am not getting the most out of my use.

I plan to drop to 250 mcg daily once I have time to go out in the sun.

Ive tanned 3 times at the gym and can definately see a change on 250mcg ed might go to 3 days a week. my face is browning pretty quick all my freckles are black now got freckles i didnt know i had.

500mcg is too high, risking darkening moles and freckles abnormally.
I started @ 100mcg for a week and went to 200mcg this week.
Tanning nicely and evenly, not using any tanning lotion.

I'm going to have to put SPF 50 on my ass because its so damn burnt.

Are you just doing bed sessions or are you also mixing in natural sunlight too?

Personally im doing standup tanning booth. My is facegetting really dark so cutting dose back to 2 or 3 days a week at 250mcg. Cant really go lower than 250mcg because i mixed it at 5units per 250mcg. so i will just pin less gonna need sunscreen for my face so can tan my white parts more.

How long does this take to kick in before you won’t burn in the sun? I burn fairly easily especially my back and I don’t want to burn like a lobster thinking I’m gonna get tan with this stuff.

It takes about 2 weeks to start seeing results you will need to tan prefferably in a booth for a few minutes couple times a week. It did not magically turn me brown but i for sure am brown now. My profile is 1 week in on mt2 not pastey white but still white after 2 tan sessions of 4 minutes. Right now i do 250mcg 1x per wk and i tan 1 x per week for 6 minutes. Im pretty dam dark right now.

Im not super sure i have high bp anyway and cant say ive seen it go up. It will make your dick hard randomly dose dependant of cousre. It may keep you awake at night also dose dependant.

I would keep it to 3 minutes max you may still burn. It doesnt prevent that but you will tan faster and darker. Take the shot maybe wait an hr or 2 then tan or next day it dont matter much

I burn easy and basically just needed to slowly increase exposure time each week. You don’t really get the sun protection benefit until 3 weeks in

The Hispanic folks I work with have started calling me Mexican. MT2 is legit. I started pinning daily and backed off to twice a week. 500mcg doses make me nauseous.

i get nausea on 500mcg but 250 doesnt bother me and it lasts about a half hr or so if that but them dam hardons holy hell my estro is so low right now because the whole gyno battle but a little of that mt2 and you wouldn't know it i mean for at least a couple days after the shot. works better for a stiff dick than it does tanning lol although i am pretty dam brown right now.

I ran 1 full vial and it lasted almost a month @ 2mg.
I'm on the off cycle right now, from reading people are saying to cycle it

i was having that issue before i started the dam letro. i think that was part of my sleep issue stiff dick syndrome and not normal stiff either like full on hurt a bitch hard lol.

Definitely works, I just placed order yesterday with GNT I didn’t even think about that stuff, I work to much to get out in the sun so I need something to tan my white ass, actually I Made triple time yesterday and time and half today I’m going to grab some right now
