Maybe think of running clen consistently starting at 20mcg or 40mcg and increase over time. The 2 weeks on 2 off was done way back in the day and doesn't make sense as the half-life is 36 hours and you don't desensitize from fat burning over time, just the shaking and slight protein increasing uptake. You can also run 1mg of ketotifen to uptake receptors which does work.
thank you! i was about to go 2-3 days - 20mcg, up 2-3 days to 30mg, then after 1-2 days up to 40mcg. so i can stay longer and just after the second week mark start ketotifen 1mg pre-bed?
should i start ketotifen right with the clen or at the end of week 2?
 
You wait about 10 days to start the ketotifen.

Regarding when to increase the dosage: The best way is to get the most out of each minimal dose and increase when needed. You don't need a ton of clen and DON'T rely on sides like shaking to tell if it's working.
 
Clen split early AM and early PM then take Ketotifen 1mg pre bed.
You literally just explained that the half life is 36 hours so it doesn't make sense to come off for two weeks. Next post you say to split the dose morning and early pm... Makes zero sense.

Just take your full dose in the mornings. Zero need to split the dose.
 
i wanna ask aswell, yesterday had refeed day, 450g carbs total.
today im the whole day dizzy ,light-headed, cold, low energy, like a dead…
i drinked 3-4liters water already, takin multivitamins, l-taurine, l-carnitine, electrolytes, salt 6g today. (yesterday was like 10-11)
normally i have to feel full recharged with lots of energy after a refeed, why like that?
