Don’t want to hijack the thread but would love additional experiences on pros/cons etc of switching from Sema to Reta and Tirz to Reta.
Just make the jump. Titration is really only there to assess sides and access response.
Be aware your appetite suppression will be much lower on Reta
As far as Reta goes, for me at least, I don’t get any real hunger suppression, not like I did with Sema, that hammered me hard. Reta is more subtle, I got up to 6mg , which isn’t the top end ,but never got that suppression. What does happen, when I go off of it, which I do around 3 months, I’ll start noticing a jump in hunger and food noise after about ten days, then I’ll say, yep, it was doing something. To me it’s a tool in the tool box, I’m constantly doing an intermittent fasting, have been since I tried it for 12 weeks, so I can go without GLP if I chose, but sometimes I’m lazy, and that’s when the GLP comes out, lol.I’m in a gain phase atm so wouldn’t mind that part, but not sure how I’ll feel about it on a cut lol
I’m at 2mg/wk tirzepatide and can out eat that, but just. From 2mg I’ll likely do as you suggest and just cut over.
Never thought i had much food noise, but coming down to 2mg as ive been increasing calories, I now have sugar cravings that I haven’t had in a long time and kinda forgot about.
I wonder how Reta is generally with the craving part, more so than straight hunger.
Super interesting stuff.

Tirz is way better with cravings and it's not close.I’m in a gain phase atm so wouldn’t mind that part, but not sure how I’ll feel about it on a cut lol

It'll be interesting to see which way this goes for me over time. Had been thinking Reta in a cut, as the glucagon agonism turns up the furnace a bit. But I'm wondering if it'll turn out to be better for a gain phase (keeps lipids and BG in good range, but you can eat more easily) and if Tirz will be better in a cut to just have less hunger to overcome (and still good non-appetite benefits).Tirz is way better with cravings and it's not close.
Ultimate shutdown to everything is sema

Citizen scientist and n of 1 here, but I do love me some physiology...
I did a Sema, Reta combo. To start Sema .25 mg and 2mg Reta, after a month I bumped to .5 and 4 mg. Worked good for the short time I was on it.My personal cutting fav stack was
Triz Sunday small sema dose Thursday.
Helped keep hunger in check over the weekend and keep overall dosages low.
Very easy on the wallet as well.
I did the same. No issues other than after about 4 weeks the Reta didn't work well for me so I switched back.I simply switched from whatever dose of Tirz to starting dose of Reta once my next Tirz shot was due and had no issues.
I was the same, but feel like Reta give me the ability to control my eating/lessens the noise vs just obliterates my hunger and immediately makes me full like Sema doesAs far as Reta goes, for me at least, I don’t get any real hunger suppression, not like I did with Sema, that hammered me hard. I'm taking 1.33mg and 6mg of Cargi/Reta right now and in 3 weeks on a very aggressive deficit I'm doing fine. Been surprised a bitI was thinking of trying low dose cagri with the Reta when I cut. Same idea to keep overall doses low but add a bit of appetite suppression while keeping the glucagon agonism in.
Will have to see how I do on Reta, as I might not need it (or might end up switching back to Tirz as some have done).
Great to have so many options to work out something that fits each individual. We're living in the future lol
Interesting! I was going to try a Cargi/ Sema combo, keep me updated if you would.I'm taking 1.33mg and 6mg of Cargi/Reta right now and in 3 weeks on a very aggressive deficit I'm doing fine. Been surprised a bit

Pretty sure I've seen some here carrying it, but I get my Peptides and HGH from China gray market companiesCurious where you get the cagri from (my usual sponsors either don’t carry or have in stock atm) and I’m thinking of loading some in for future
I was using Reta mainly for glucose management which worked incredibly well, but as far as appetite it wasn’t even close in my experience.I did the same. No issues other than after about 4 weeks the Reta didn't work well for me so I switched back.
Thats the same experience I had. Zero appetite suppression. At times, I think i was more hungry. Reta really seems to behave very different depending on the person. I know some people on here take 1mg and can't eat for a week. I kept running it up higher and higher and got no suppression at all. It seems like many people agree that the suppression with Triz is far better than both Reta.I was using Reta mainly for glucose management which worked incredibly well, but as far as appetite it wasn’t even close in my experience.
AA Solutions has it I’m pretty sure, I believe they have a Cargi/Sema blend to. You won’t see it on their website, DM a Rep and ask.Curious where you get the cagri from (my usual sponsors either don’t carry or have in stock atm) and I’m thinking of loading some in for future
I'm hearing now that people are stacking Tirz with Reta and having good results.
Do you just want the appetite suppression from Tirz? If so Cargilintide might be another optionI'm hearing now that people are stacking Tirz with Reta and having good results.

I read where a study was being done with Sema/Carg combo, started out low dose .25 Sema and I can’t remember the Carg, but it was close to that. I think the Sema topped out at 2 mg and the combo was pretty effective.Cagri does add more suppression, at least for me when I ran it alongside tirz (was trying to keep the tirz dose lower).
I’d also thought about cagri with the Reta for exactly that, but we have a bunch of tirz floating around the house as it’s popular here lol. Was too easy for me to go from 2mg tirz back up after a gain phase by just adding Reta a mg at a time
But totally agree, cagri might be all you need in combo with it, if additional appetite suppression the goal
