As for shipping there is a specefic carrier that was problematic recently but eventually we got things moving
We offer reship, we switch carrier method and we are flexible to find solutions for clients that have their parcel stuck, this is done by email with the support guys.
I know most of the users ordering are expecting to have their stuff moving and they can't miss an injection, and this is frustrating
As for Proton to Proton yes its preferred, it's fully encrypted most advanced secured email provider it's free and take 5min to create your account. They have a nice app on both IPhone and Android
Emails providers such as Gmail and Hotmail or Yahoo read your content to place adds or target your profile
Also don't forget here now on this ASF open board is subject to investigation since the recent events and scheduleI drugs were found and seized and warrants served with another vendor
I would recommend not to share any infos on your orders processing, payments or shipping and stay safe with your government emails because its very easy to get a warrant serve on a Gmail account to access your ordering history payments details
