Thank you man. I’m about 22lbs heavier compared to last year’s weight almost to the week — one week into trt, except my condition is substantially better.

This was an incredibly productive rebound. I believe if you are capable of treating a rebound like a prep, and your body is healthy enough to tolerate pushing drugs to a degree post show, it is the absolute best time to grow.

I will be entering this phase pretty soon. Still got a fairly decent amount of fat to get off to be “stage lean” not doing a show just yet but want to have the most productive growth phase possible. So watching your journey has been inspiring! I’m ready to put on some mass!

Crazy man! Good work all of this last year. It's inspiring to see someone as dedicated as you to this. And the progress shows. You've put on more muscle this last year than some of the gurus on this site have in the past 20 years. You should be giving more advice around here.

It’s honestly fine. I’m not training as heavy. Deformity is kinda bad.

Still waiting on mri. Appointment was Thursday, and they made me wait over an hour and a half after my scheduled time and told me it would be another 30-40 mins, so I left lol. Hopefully will reschedule in the next week or so.

My coach suggested stem cells, so I’m exploring that option as an alternative if surgery is recommended.

MSCs umbilical stem cells. I have a doc here who does them under the table. Shit is kinda sketchy. Most go to South America or Mexico. Kinda scares me wondering where they come from lol.

Results look super promising. I was quoted roughly 4-4.5k for stem cells with exosomes locally.

Full transparency post. This week was shit. Got the worst food poisoning I’ve had in awhile Tuesday night from bad scallops I ate instead of chicken breast. So much for being bougie. $36/lb at Whole Foods apparently doesn’t mean shit.

I have been using kratom/mitragynine extract products pretty consistently since February/March. On prep it got pretty heavy. Recently, I’ve been down to one to two Kratom extract drinks per day. To clarify, I do not use 7-OH, just mit. I quit after my last prep last year and had zero issues, so I figured this would be the same. My last drink was Saturday morning. The only “withdrawal” symptom I have is the worst diarrhea of my fucking life.

On the bright side, I’m dry as shit. So…this week was shitty. Literally. IMG_1857.jpeg
