oh man great pull day so good. having trouble with the time change a little, waking up at my regular time.
hemmroid SOOO much better, no more cherry sized lump, down to an M and M size.
went to the gym early said screw it so i could have some chill time at home instead of rushing to get kids etc
worked out decently. little tired but sleep was restful enough ill be good today.
ended up being great either way got such good work in on my shoulders and chest, and with some extra time was able to rest a teeny bit more inbetween sets.

has a banding motion sorta that pulls it back hard and it just feels really good.

mostly the same foods but made some adjusments so i can get my fiber in.
added in a carb tortilla, which has a ton of fiber, previously while growing didnt really have to track with all the pumpkin and oats
my fiber intake was in the 50s.
didnt really realize while cutting would be an issue, my fiber previously was 13 before these adjusments lol.
removed the sodium tracker and added fiber at the bottom. total daily fiber up to 47 and is helping tremendously.
gonna run it a bit until this thing heals up. depending how quickly heals, may have to be careful with smith squats on Wednesday but based on how it feels right now I think ill be okay.
