Worked your ass off prioritizing back, quads and hammys hitting them with everything but the kitchen sink. All those days of intensifiers were worth it.

Just the beginning with a lot left to work on.
After all that good to see i was on the right track program wise.

I think I can even do better next time around, knowing what i know now.

Pretty bad too. Might have to take it easy on leg presses/ hacks tomorrow a little depending don't want to make this shit worse.

Hurt like a m’fer. Had to have surgery twice. Keep pushing hard and they will bulge worse. Hurt worse. Be careful with those. If you have to have surgery then you will have to take time off. Wich

Feels a bit better today at the gym right now and not interfering too bad so far.

It was spasming all night tho fuck that was bad. Despite that i slept good lol.

Considering the roid (not the good ones)
Did pretty well. I think it helped pushing through a little, and i don't think this happened from the gym because other then the initial rep didn't really feel any pressure or anything.
I guess I don't really clench my butt when lifting.

oh man great pull day so good. having trouble with the time change a little, waking up at my regular time.
hemmroid SOOO much better, no more cherry sized lump, down to an M and M size.
went to the gym early said screw it so i could have some chill time at home instead of rushing to get kids etc
worked out decently. little tired but sleep was restful enough ill be good today.

ended up being great either way got such good work in on my shoulders and chest, and with some extra time was able to rest a teeny bit more inbetween sets.

has a banding motion sorta that pulls it back hard and it just feels really good.

mostly the same foods but made some adjusments so i can get my fiber in.
added in a carb tortilla, which has a ton of fiber, previously while growing didnt really have to track with all the pumpkin and oats
my fiber intake was in the 50s.

didnt really realize while cutting would be an issue, my fiber previously was 13 before these adjusments lol.
removed the sodium tracker and added fiber at the bottom. total daily fiber up to 47 and is helping tremendously.
gonna run it a bit until this thing heals up. depending how quickly heals, may have to be careful with smith squats on Wednesday but based on how it feels right now I think ill be okay.

just pray i can keep going--trying to go easy but once i get inside the gym i want to push it because i see people like you lol and ive a bad habit of hurting myself
i started very slow, growth will come just be consistent is all. so many times i stopped early, or dropped sets here and there just because I felt off.
id rather train all weeks in the year and miss a few sets or reps then be out for awhile.

great pull session!
T bar row hitting so nasty.
hit everything great, few extra reps and maintained really well.
i might have to drop seated row a little feels like im just slinging weight around.
give it a shot on friday and see how it feels dropping weight a little.

did incline walking for 40 min, stairmaster felt a little spicy in my rear.

still feeling so much better, gonna see how ham day goes tomorrow, not sure if ill be bothered or not, I dont think so but well see.

same foods as yesterday, did screw up a tad and accidentally full scooped whey this morning, but adjusted some chicken down for lunch 2.
that meal is super filling anyway. not the worst screw up, but im glad i caught it or would have been over. realized the error as soon as I finished drinking it, I was like damn this tastes really good, ah damn was supposed to be half scoop.

feeling pretty good.

had some really good sleep as well. time change still messing with me a bit, feeling sooo tired around 7 -8 ive been just getting in bed and falling asleep past week. feels good lol.

guesstimating weight looks like im gonna be down another 1lb roughly even if i come in heavy rest of the week, more or less.
back still seems to be the thing leaning up the most, but I held a crap ton of fat there.
 
also have a tat this saturday, probably gonna hit my quads the morning of, and take my rest day sunday, with rest day calories.
at least thats the plan atm, depending how quads feel sat morning.

mine tend to get pretty crampy after Wednesday.

might work out nicely due to the roid however, depending how hard I beat my legs tomorrow.

tentative saturday food if quad day happens. ill be traveling so thats why set up oddly.
for trips I prepack all these containers with everything, pre weighed and cooked, and then just visually munch on it through out the day.
