Mine called me an abuser. Because we moved out of state from her parents. And that’s what abusers do, apparently.

Despite our first date involving a lot of discussion around the fact that I was only in her town to go to school and wanted to move as soon as I was done.

So that was the one time in our divorce emails that I literally said “get the fuck outta here.”

(Note: there was zero abuse in the marriage. She literally was just throwing shit out there in these emails and seeing what stuck)

Not divorced but what stings the most is when they pour poison in your kids ears, “daddy doesn’t love you” etc.. fight for the kids if you have em, they’re only littles once..

I remember as a child, my father's lawyer literally pulled me to the side and gave me two options; with what to say. He told me what to tell the courts if I want to be with my dad and what to tell them if I wanted to be with my mom.
