I'm not sure what exactly to do. Tren gives me heartburn and from what I have read and listened to vigorous Steve it's from low stomach acid on tren or high stomach acid which tracks because around 5pm when I start to feel heartburn I take 3 ACV pills and it fixes it that's on about 150mg of tren and I get the heartburn once a day. Now I am on 250 mg tren a week I get heartburn throughout the day I drink acv with lemon juice and it just doesn't seem to relieve the heartburn like on lower dose of tren. Any ideas what's going on I would rather take acv pills so doesn't hurt teeth but even drinking acv doesn't seem to help that much and I get it multiple times a day. So idk if I should keep trying .ore ACV, or is there something better than ACV

Lower or drop the tren. Just add more total mgs of another compound that you get along with.

Two reasons why I gave up tren for good. It wasn't anger issues, HBP, insomnia, night sweats but the heart burn and the hiccups killed me. I had hiccups for a week in a row and I had no way of controlling it. At least with the heart burn I took Omeprozole 20mg and managed it.

Trens interaction with the Vagus nerve causes those hiccups. Nothing you can to stop it other than stop or reduce the tren.

I was hacked so I have a new user name, but was an old memeber for 12 years and gear for at least 20. I have always had hb with tren. Get some generic famotidine 20mg (300 tabs for $1.99). Take one in am and one in pm. You will never have hb ever again. Good luck!

heartburn
histamine.

Most antihistamines (zyrtec) only work on the H1 receptor. (allergies)

H2 receptors are for heartburn.

holy basil, stinging nettle, and DAO

DAO is going to work to metabolize the excess histamine.

H1 receptors are a type of histamine receptor that mediates allergic reactions, inflammation, and other functions like sleep-wake cycles. When stimulated by histamine, they cause effects such as smooth muscle contraction (e.g., bronchoconstriction), increased blood vessel permeability (leading to edema and itching), and promotion of wakefulness. H1 aH1 receptors are a type of histamine receptor that mediates allergic reactions, inflammation, and other functions like sleep-wake cycles. When stimulated by histamine, they cause effects such as smooth muscle contraction (e.g., bronchoconstriction), increased blood vessel permeability (leading to edema and itching), and promotion of wakefulness. H1 antagonists, or antihistamines, work by blocking these receptors to relieve allergy symptoms.ntagonists, or antihistamines, work by blocking these receptors to relieve allergy symptoms.

Histamine H2 receptors are G-protein-coupled receptors found in various tissues, most notably the stomach's parietal cells, where they stimulate gastric acid secretion. They are also located in the heart, brain, and other organs and play roles in regulating gastrointestinal motility, cardiovascular function, and cell growth. Medications that block these receptors (H2 blockers or H2 antagonists) are used to treat acid-related disorders like ulcers and acid reflux by reducing stomach acid.

So why am acid reducer lice zantac when tren causes low acid doesn't make sense. And then is amazing, never effects my labs the only thing I have a hard time handling is the heartburn. And I can't just drop it currently. I know it can be mitigated just not sure how as the ACV worked before but doesn't seem to help as much now

Eazy_ not sure what you mean are you saying tren cause histamine increase which causes the heartburn so taking an anti histimne might work? As long as it's for H2 receptor? Well I am in Costa Rica till mid November so not even sure if or what I can get here

Someone I know just dropped dead thinking his constant heart issues were heart burn.

If the heart burn is that bad, drop the fucking drug and get bloods done at minimum.

Yes it's the tren cause when I cycle off it then goes away, when I increase dose gets worse so is the tren. And fyi I don't have heart issues . I'll stop at farmacia and get some zantac I just like to understand cause zantac controls acid secretion which confuses me cause everything I read says trem causes low acid. Wish there was a good way to test to see if it's indeed low or high which basically have same symptoms

I have no idea if this information is true bro, but it's worth looking into, AI says it could have to do with the androgenic properties, do your own research and take this with a grain of salt.

Explanation of the Association
Trenbolone acetate can influence digestive function through mechanisms such as increased gastric acid production, irritation of the esophageal lining, or hormonal disruptions that exacerbate acid reflux. These effects may manifest shortly after administration, particularly with injectable forms, and are more likely at higher doses. While clinical studies on human use are limited due to its non-approved status for human consumption, anecdotal evidence and bodybuilding literature consistently note heartburn as a manageable but common complaint.
Supporting Evidence

Resources on trenbolone side effect mitigation explicitly describe "Tren associated heartburn" and recommend interventions, such as daily administration of antacids (e.g., one tablet of an over-the-counter acid reducer) to neutralize symptoms effectively.
Broader reviews of anabolic steroids highlight gastrointestinal disturbances, including heartburn, as part of the profile for compounds like trenbolone, often linked to its potent androgenic properties.

Have you considered?

tren cause histamine increase
yes

Irritated or overactive mast cells are immune cells that release inflammatory mediators like histamine, causing symptoms in various parts of the body.

you are experiencing this as a response to the increased androgen levels from Tren

Gah damn. This thread with all the sides people have gotten should be sent to anyone wanting to have Tren in their first cycle lol.

Edit Just saw someone post wanting to have it in their 1st cycle recently)

Take 2 a day. 1 in the am and 1 before bed.

Give it a week and you will be all set. Continue to take it, if you stop and stay on, it will return. Watch for spicy foods and acidic foods like pasta and oranges.

My friend it is brutal. Try to fall asleep impossible and as soon as you wake up the freaking hiccups start . I thought it was never going to start.

Am I a hypo-responder or genetically compatible with tren?

I don't suffer any of these side effects besides mild pip and elevated hr.

So would something like daily Claritin work while someone is one Tren ? Interesting

Got zantac and it works, I knew it would its not my first rodeo with this in really just trying to understand the mechanism since low dose trem apple cider vinegar works but higher dosages I need zantac. That's all just trying as I like to actually umderstand

maybe. zantec works for OP and it is in the same H1 class.

daynightsigns in comment #8 already said famotidine....

List of antihistamines for digestive conditions

If you’re taking an antihistamine to help with stomach issues, you’re likely taking an H2 antihistamine. A few examples include:

  • Cimetidine (Acid Reducer®, Tagamet®).
  • Famotidine (Pepcid®).
  • Nizatidine (Axid®).
