Looking for a little help here. I placed an order this morning that had a hiccup. I within a short time corrected that and reached out through two tickets to let you know it was corrected. I haven't heard anything back yet and the status hasn't changed. Would you help me with this?

If you paid with bitcoin and it said, “Failed”, ignore it. It always says, “Failed!”
The website programmer set it up that way to add a layer of security. Platinum will manually change the order to, “Order Complete” when he gets a chance to log in. He’s probably out and about shipping packs.

Right on, thank you. The order number is 45294. I've ordered before and it went from processing to complete so I got nervous that it would get lost in limbo. I appreciate any help that you can give. I really like your product, have gotten some great gains off it so I don't want to run out.

It changing to, “order complete” means Platinum saw your bitcoin payment, and he manually changed your order to, “order complete”.

Just wanted to post. There was a small mix up with my order and Platinum fixed it right away. Only been a Flash and platinum customer since I started. Great service!!#!
 
what's up guys! I was checking out other posts and see that it's typical for the order to be marked as failed until Platinum logs in? I must have never noticed it with all of my previous orders. I did open up a support ticket, but now that I've read JJB1's reply above, I feel a little dumb and prob should have checked here first lol. I initially thought it failed bc when the BTC was confirmed on the blockchain, it ended up being 27 cents short, which I thought was weird; that's never happened before, and I sent it directly from my wallet using the QR code, so it should have been covered taking into account the prio transaction fee.
