Starting my first cycle at 19 AMA

Syntha just summed it up, I couldn't say it better. Young knuckleheads will be exactly that. I think all or most of us were th same at 19 and speaking from experience.
I have used too much AI and my brain is fried, so that's the post you get from me.

Of course, I rarely and barely use AIs. Dude will have gyno at 22 and I don't have it at 62 with a few more than "my first cycle" under my belt.
Anyone want to guess why? Genetics? Maybe. Or maybe I simply listened to people with mucho experience.

you gonna do even if everybody say to not, so at this age prob ur body gonna produce alot test, so 300mg gonna be a one idea more from ur production, and u gonna have minial results. if u decided to do it, go with 500, otherwise u just fuck ur hormones for nothing, even after this if u dont cruise and do pct, you may become more skinny than before u start the cycle.
 
I can tell you that your cycle at your age is way more toxic than an AI. I don’t understand where this fear of AI is coming from. Obviously don’t abuse AI but if you need it, use it.
When I first started Reddit was a main source of my info and they preach that AIs are the devil and not to run any amount of test where you’d require one

After looking at the clinical studies it seems like the gains between 13 and 17lbs of lean mass I’ll see on 300-350mg a week for 12 weeks are worth the shut down period after the cycle until PCT gets me back to normal hormone production.
Also my goals are to see the most amount of muscle gain while putting the least amount of gear in my body.
500 will definitely aromatise into estradiol way above the 30 pg/ml which seems to be my ceiling before experincing high E symptoms.

Double trouble when you are lowering your estrogen levels which at a healthy range are very neuroprotective.
Still, using an AI if my estradiol levels are rising above 30 pg/ml is a worthy tradeoff to me and I won’t hesitate to use them if I need.
 
Crushing your estrogen is neurotoxic for prolong periods of time

Steroids at 19 are also neurotoxic at an even larger degree though

19 years old 156lbs around 15 percent body fat and about 4 years of training.
315 squat, 315 deadlift and 225x5 bench. Haven’t been able to gain weight on 3k calories a day for almost a year at this point.

How the fuck are you 19 years old, earning 100k a year, with 4 years of training but you're 156lbs and 15 percent body fat?

You got this very backwards, you have 2 options, do your stupid cycle all wrong or stick around, read and learn how it actually works.

You’ve got to up the calories!
I weighed 140Lb at 18. I trained naturally for 8 years and got up to 230Lbs. You really need to force the food down, 5,000 calories consistently!
Since your mind is made up to start AAS, even with AAS, if you eat only 3,000 calories you wont see the results you’re expecting! Food is the most important component to putting on muscle! Lift intelligently with good, safe form always!!!! Train hard 5 days a week! Eat 5,000 calories a day. This will make the Anabolics work tons better!!! 💪

It’s very difficult! It sucks! It’s easiest to do with liquid. Right after eating a meal, chug a shake with protein powder, oats, peanut butter, fruit, milk. 😀
