Ok so what’s the deal with these dudes I see at the gym that have decent physique’s that still look like they swallowed a beer keg? Don’t get me wrong they still have the hint of abs but it’s like there’s something behind their abs shaped like a half circle. Since they look like they work out should I assume that’s GH gut or is that considered a beer belly? Am I missing something? Does this automatically happen with age maybe?
