That’s fair! And why your shop is the best. Some PWO virgins might not realize, but the label for good PWOs is more like, “hey we might throw some of this in there”. The good stuff though, you find that out all in your own :)

That looks like a well rounded PWO.

I wish the Creatine was 5g-10g, but I supplement that already.

I may have to pull the trigger on this. Not a big PWO guy, but this looks worth while.

It also looks like something you may want to start with half a scoop lol

What supps in there are the "gray area"? I would've guessed like DMAA or something but didn't see it in there.

Trying my first serving tomorrow of the Cherry Limeade flavor, gonna train around 10-1030 am. just in case it would affect sleep, and going with the 1/2 scoop. Been watching youtube reviews and it sounds like they may have tweeked some things from the orginal batch when people were feeling a lil funny....still sounds like it's spiked with something that ain't on the label, though. I'll post some feedback here soon....

My biggest things are hoping it doesn't affect heart rate too much or BP..if so I'll prob have to discontinue it. We will soon see :)

I hate creatine in my PWOs. It does nothing “pre-workout”, needlessly increases the scoop size, and I supplement it seperately already since I rotate PWOs daily.

The really “good” ones have some research chems or analogs in them (excelsior, probably Smash, etc). Some have DMAA hidden or called something else. Some say they have dmaa but actually have dmha or something else. Some will have things like tianeptine, or phenibut, though they will sometimes list these things.

Labels are like historical fiction. Some truth, some not.

Dmaa lots of times. Search Carolina Chemical and you can buy some actually decent quality dmaa. Most of what you find online or in PWO is bunk or way underdosed.

I tried smash once. I found the flavor (tigers blood) absolutely horrible. The effects were legit though. Strong energy, some anxiety and urgency, elevated heart rate, etc

This is for Smash. Don't wanna hijack the thread with a review but hope this will allow others to make a decision on whether to purchase, but shit this is gonna be a hit and sell out fast IMO.

Pros today:
  • Within first 10 minutes at home sipping on it felt a warm feeling come over me and mood elevation
  • Was zoned in driving 15 mins to the gym all I could think about was the weights
  • Nothing against Big Bang at all, but I was 2-3x more focused on this stuff and mood was good, I dont talk to hardly anyone when I'm training but suddenly felt like I wanted to be everyone's friend lmao
  • No shakes, elevated heart rate, and didn't seem to spike my BP
  • My training was over but had so much energy I added a couple exercises to the routine

Cons:
  • Slightly surpressed appetite at the end, was just a lil harder to get down my post w/o meal and since I'm bulking now it's quite a bit . No nausea or dilated pupils like I read with some of the earlier reviews from 1-2 years ago.
  • Flavor (cherry limade) was about a 5-6/10. But I could care less about the flavor if something works, honestly didn't bother me.

Mind you this was just a 1/2 scoop, I think I'll stay there and maybe use 2-3x per week max. I may bump to 3/4 scoop down the road but we'll see. I already wanna order another tub to stay stocked up lol.

I used to own Ultimate Orange Juiced and ultimate punch out.

Fda tried banning half the ingredients within months. I had a dmaa version that was 💪💪💪

But yeah I dropped my brand..I had nootrpic blends too that were awesome. They just went after my brand immediately.

That's how it works..once they lock o to u they're desperate

Almost like its a personal grudge for hs ing solid products.

These people behind the scenes gathering Intel on supp makers, otc, or even gear for that reason must have very lonely and useless lives.

Smash AMF had some really good reviews all over tbh..I think it Will sell well.

I wish these brands would leave out beta alanine.. I hate that ingredient.

I agree. I cant stand itching like crazy.

One pwo i used to love was Blackstone labs angel dust about 10 years back..it had dmaa and low dose beta in it and it didnt make u itch. I loved that formula..

I wish that could come.back.

They say the new dust x is still decent actually not to sure about it
 
The one good thing about these new pwo containing 300/400mgs of caffeine is ur realy only need 1/4 or 1/2 a scoop at max.

So even though 49.99/54.99 is the standard pricing for a very good pre these days. You truly can get 30/40 servings out of a container.

Its like $1.50 per serving and is very affordable.

I still miss the days of pres having ephedrine in it.

Nothing compares to dan duchaine 1980 and 1990s ultimate orange 🍊

Ive tried hundreds of pwo over the last 30 years and to this day nothing touches that.

Excelsior was also a fave of mine. That was 👊

I ran this combo yesterday for leg day and it was . 3/4 scoop big bang and 1/2 scoop doomsday. I’ll pick up Smash when you have it in stock and give it another go. Been a bit since I ran it
