Hey guys.I don't know if you've tried this as a solution to hiccups... when I was in the sandbox, I was operating as a medic, among other things, and a lot of the third country nationals (pakistanis and indians) who basically live on curry would come in with intractable hiccups.
We tried different medicines and all of the old wives' tales and finally.
My doc, who was a Ranger, showed us the one thing that actually worked.
He put a tongue depressor (you can use your finger) into the guy's mouth and put it into his throat till he started to gag like he was going to throw up, he kept that up for about 20 seconds or so, and when he removed it, the guy's hiccups were gone. I know it sounds kind of fucked up and kind of savage and you may actually throw up trying it if you decide to, but once you get the technique down it works every fucking time.
 
Weight 175.

I feel pretty full today. Are a much of carbs (rice,oatmeal) this weekend. I plan to up the dose to 750/wk for the next 40 days. I go in vacation for a week and want to see if I can make gains in this timeframe.

Just completed one week at a gram of test. I upped my carbs a bit and still feel full day to day. I plank to run this dose till Halloween, when I go see family. I am hoping a quick 5 week blast will net some more muscle on me.

Back is tonight and arms tomorrow, then rest day.

Full as in not flat. When I was at 100 grams a day,I started to feel pretty flat even on a cheat meal day. Now I added in 1 1/2 cups of rice and on training days 25 grams of carbs broke workout . I’m up about 5 lbs and can still see a resemblance of my abs in the morning.

Weight was 179 this morning. Legs were last night. Tonight is a rest day and Saturday morning is chest and tri’s . I plan to hit this hard and get my upper body to grow!

Did chest on Saturday and still put up 245 for 7 reps. Pretty happy that I was able to put it up again, so it wasn’t a fluke!

I was able to put up 255 on bench this week. I decided to try 2.5 a side instead of 10lbs and it paid off. Hopefully I can add anther 10 lbs this month.

I decided to change things up for a few weeks. 750mg test , 1 ml of cut 300 until Halloween. Just curious if I will feel any differently and still make strength gains till then.

I was able to put up 265 last night for 3 reps! I think the next chest day this week I will just do more reps and not try to tax myself. I was pretty stoked I even got it up. Been real consistent on my diet these past few weeks and mindful of everything I take in.

Been hovering around the 180-183 for a few weeks now. Adding in the extra oatmeal and protein drink hasn’t really added to any weight gain. I have 2 more weeks till vacation, then I’m out of the gym for 8 days. So when I get back , I may change things up.

Today is chest, I plan to do 5x5’s on a few exercises to change things up this week.

Weight 181 this morning .

Chest was today and ai PR’d again I put up 275lbs for 3 reps, so up another 10lbs in 2 weeks. I am really happy about my lift today. Makes me think I am on the right track.

How my week went this week. Wednesday I felt bad from allergies and my head had so much pressure, so I took 2 days off until I felt better. In that time I missed one meal and had a low day on Thursday. Friday I ate all my meals and this morning at 9 am I gave a pint on blood. I went and trained at 11:30. I think the blood draw helped my wellbeing since I haven’t gave blood in years. So an oil change was needed!

I feel I am getting leaner at this weight. I upped my calories by one meal trying the gain weight, but the weight isn’t going up. Today is arms , so hopefully I can brake them down and build them back up this week with good food.

I got a 3 day pass on vacation and was able to still put up 275 on bench at LA Fitness yesterday. Today is back and bi’s. No clue on weight, but I and trying to eat relatively healthy.
