Need some Mast in thereAlso around 700 on 200mg free T always on the low end around 40..

That was the plan until I realized my trt blend had known in itNeed some Mast in there![]()
Some day whenever I stop this never ending cut, I’m getting closer, I’ll give it a go, I don’t see myself going much over 300 though. The thing I’m really interested in adding to my trt is GH , just replacement level, I’m 69 so I don’t want to go crazy on things. Those are almost identical to my 200mg TRT... If I remember right
I was @ 726 and 300 free T
No that's just the norm for me. 40 is friggin low!!That was the plan until I realized my trt blend had known in it
The 300 free t a trt+ mast protocol?
Better then before Trt it was 7 lol.. on 500test im around 500-600 freeNo that's just the norm for me. 40 is friggin low!!
going to correct my own math here, I converted it backwards. 40 ng/dl is 400 pg/ml. my point is still the same though. I have to make sure which unit is used when comparing against my own older bloodwork, because all the labs are not all using the same unit.i think some of the confusion is because all these commonly used labs report total T in ng/dl but it varies on which unit is used for free t. some labs report it as ng/dl and some report it as pg/ml
so if your free t is 40 pg/ml than it is 400 ng/dl

Good bad?
On TRT and wanted to start HGH but was nervous just because of all I hear about it growing cancer if there wan any existing. Obviously I don’t think I have any but kind of the only thing preventing me. I’m 47 and probably capable of out at 4iu 2-300 test and 2-300 mast. Any opinion welcome.Question about moving dosages up/down during cycle/off cycle.
So it takes time (~3 months?) to get saturated and see the full effects of HGH. I'm on cycle now and doing 6iu a night. I was going to drop to 3-4 for 2 months when I'm off-cycle then ramp back to 6.
Will ramping down then back up still have the lagging effects as someone going on for the 1st time? Or since it is in your system, the ramp back up from say 3-6iu is quicker.

He needs his baseline before that can be known. If his base was 100 pg/mL and 2.5 got him to 215 then it's fine. According to the medical literature 1 iu gives 50 to 100. So if he was on the low end of that it would be about right.I’m not hating on your source but at level I think it’s severely under dosed or you have a GH secretegoug like ipamorelin or cjc instead of actual gh

if 162 was your base naturally and 215 is on your 2.4 units then you are either not getting a good response or your GH is not that great.Remember I started with 1iu.
Was at 2.5 for 3/4 weeks tops.
No clue what that means .lol

I always though you need adequate at normal to slightly higher E2 to best IGF-1 production. What are your thoughts on optimal E2 range for good to optimal IGF-1 production given exo GH somewhere betwen 4 to 6 iu?High e2 will impede the livers ability to convert gh to igf-1 so keep that in check.
"Estradiol (E2) has a dual effect on the growth hormone (GH)/insulin-like growth factor-1 (IGF-1) axis, with the final outcome on GH to IGF-1 conversion dependent on E2 levels and context. Low to adequate E2 can stimulate pituitary GH secretion and increase hepatic IGF-1 production, particularly in cases of GH resistance. However, higher estrogen levels or prolonged oral estrogen therapy can induce GH resistance, leading to reduced GH receptor (GHR) expression and impaired GH signaling, which can lower systemic IGF-1 levels. "
Slightly low to in range from what I've read is best. Out of range on the high end is where it starts to drop off the higher it goes.I always though you need adequate at normal to slightly higher E2 to best IGF-1 production. You'd have to get an igf test at 70 and see where it's at then get it back in range and test again to see the difference. I'm fairly certain there's no "rule of thumb" across the board. We're all different.Mine was 70..
Which says high..
Was,on 150mg cyp only.
Why would it be high?
Also is 70 concerningly high?
