Just curious if anyone knows where to find the studies that showes eq lowered estrogen. I wanted to look it over Was it in human trials, animal? How do we know it does this

The chemical structure alone will show how it would have an effect on estrogen. Not many randomized human trials on EQ for good reason.

I've seen hundreds upon hundreds of blood panels pre and post EQ use on the effects of estrogen as well as Primo. In general, it will reduce E2 in most people. There are outliers as with anything. The best way to know what it will do for you is get bloodwork, run and see the effect.

Otherwise, you will just get responses of it crushed my E2, lowered, or did nothing. Nobody is you.

Bloodwork shows it does this in certain individuals.

How did you feel?
Fine. Feel a little stronger with a little higher E2. Added some NPP this week (small dose). See if I can drive some of the e2 up, not directly of course but making receptors more sensitive to current estrogen should do the same as driving it up would.

I don’t think you’ll find any scientific evidence, mainly because on paper boldenone does aromatize. And since the rest you’ll find is just anecdotes and bro science, I’ll give you my take too: I never had any reduction in estrogen using EQ, not even at 3-4 grams with low testosterone. In the end, like others already said, it all comes down to you.

I heard mast doesnt crush e2 but it can help with mitigating high estrogen from other compounds in another way?

Is it normal for people to see this much lowering of e2?

Ive heard most people run EQ 1:1 with test....
No. Though I haven't gotten blood work, I've been running 500eq and 400 test for like 6 weeks now, and feel great. No need for ai whatsover, maybe my estrogen could be elevated on "paper" but imo if this isn't borne out in gyno symptoms or water retention, it doesnt matter. Higher estrogen if you can tolerate it is actually anabolic as fuck
