Help me plan my 3rd cycle...Equipoise??? NPP? Just keep running Primo ($)?

Cycle 1 just test
Cycle 2 Test/Primo 300 ramped to 500 each. Pining EOD. Just added 70mg of Tren Ace every day. 10 days in and no sides.

I'm half way through my 2nd cycle (just got bloods, all fine waiting on E2 levels). I'm trying to figure out the right mix for my next blast this winter, starting mid December.

Goal is main gain/lean gains. Diet, steps, and training is pretty on point. Diet can fluctuate a little.
6' 190 45y/o. IDK bf, will get a dexa scan this November

Interested in EQ. Want to run a 16 week cycle, which EQ is supposed to be good for longer durations. I'd like to avoid using an AI

Possible Cycle?
Test Cyp 500-600
EQ 300-400?
Primo 200-300?
Sprinkle of Tren

Will the Primo + EQ crash my Estrogen? Read a good bit that EQ will convert to E1, which is 10% as strong as E2, but competes with it. So i can help and run without and AI. I know I respond well to Primo, so use it to control my e2 a little bit and up the AA dose.

Ratios look good? Any thing else I should look at? Primo & Mast? NPP....I'd probably need to run it with an AI, yeah?

I'm def in over analysis mode right now. Need some sound boarding vs me continuing to endlessly google and read articles and watch tiktok and YT vidoes.

What is that goal and what does your plan look like to get there? Would help answer your question and you might answer it yourself if you lay that plan out

Just planning. I can focus on current state & goals while thinking 5 months ahead.

No reason to run Primo and EQ together. Keep things simple. Unless you have high E2 than running EQ is basically like running more test, so options would be Test and a DHT or Test and Nandrolone. Or really keep things simple and roll with test.

Interesting. Seems like EQ has a ton of varying opinions out there. Test+NPP/19 nor was my second thought. Most running Test/NPP would need an AI, no?

You should know these things inside and out before even running cycle. If I were you I would stick to a test only cycle and monitor E2 if an AI is needed.

Right, which is what I'm doing? No one is running it right now. Can't learn/educate yourself when the information is gate kept. I've read and watched a good bit of videos so far. Trying to talk it out.

There are many ppl currently running EQ and test on this forum m. Doesn't seem that uncommon to run together with a DHT derivative like mast. Which is why I said lots of varying opinions on it.

EQ = adds hunger drive, endurance, promotes lean gains = good.
Tren - does tren things = good???

Drop the tren

Test/eq/ + a dash of primo or mast

Then train hard and eat more. There’s no magic cycle. It’s consistency over a long period of time and diet is the main factor of weight changes

You could be on 5g gear but if you’re not eating enough you’re not going grow nearly to your potential. Less emphasis on the drugs, more emphasis on diet. You don’t need tren at your weight or your second cycle when you haven’t mastered the basics

You will learn that less is more. You don’t need to be running over 1 g of gear at your size and experience. Tren? Get out of here with that stuff. Do test and add another compound if you want. Everybody makes things so goddamn complicated when it’s so simple. Gear is the icing on the cake not the entire cake. Moral of the story: run less gear, train as hard as you can, get your nutrition dialed in, recover, and repeat. And anyone telling you to run tren knows fuck all.

I guess my point was you don’t need 4 different compounds, 500 tren a week, and close to 1.5g of gear when you’re smaller and fatter than most nattys in the gym

I know pros that prep on less tren than you’re currently running

No one was going to do 500mg of Tren.

Can't edit...but maybe I don't need primo as EQ will control e2. Good long video. Lots of research. Lots of blood work samples.

Giving up what lil bit of advice I do have .. Which is all from personal experience..And if your looking for the dry grainy veiny look..aka(ripped) just stick with the test and EQ..In my experience I was chasing my tail until I ADDED TREN ACE daily..at 45 mg...and the first 4 weeks I thought we was ass...but then out of nowhere..I started seeing veins I've never seen B4...As long as you are pretty lean already...And if can afford it..Id highly recommend a few IU of HGH...I feel amazing except for lack of sleep..3 mg of melatonin fixed that.... Look pretty good.. STRONG AS F*CK...SO EQ IS A 8/10 IN MY BOOK.. GOOD LUCK
 
I’m sorry, I’ve gotta ask. Where did you source your gear? I only ask because Primo E is extremely hard to get this year, likely is faked if you do find it. And Tren ACE 10 days and zero side effects? By day 3~4 Most notice major resting heart rate increases. If you do decide to run EQ, drop the primo to prevent possibly crashing E2. and remember it’s a very long cycle and to donate blood mid cycle and end of cycle. EQ was awesome for bulk size & stamina. I ran 500 test to 400 EQ for roughly 20 weeks.

I've got EQ for my next cycles, but running primo now. Wanted to stick with primo since I've used it and I'm adding NPP, which is new. So trying to stay on 1 new compound. I used some sleep aids that had melatonin and they helped....I was aslo taking Clen and I think that plus Tren made my sleep worse last cycle. We'll see.

SB LABS is a great source. In this game, dieting and training is my the focus. Gear is just some icing on the cake. First 3 cycles test only, on my 4th cycle I added Tren Hex 25ml EOD weeks 1-4 then 50ml EOD week 5-8 from SB Labs and WOW. I couldnt sleep in beginning, but the gains were insane. Eat, eat, eat, and train train train, then sprinkle some gear. This is my mojo on how I think.

I vote 600/500/70 test/eq/tren. Check labs once things are starting to really settle in, adjust if needed. No need to overanalyze bro.
