So I hag thread going on this already.
Upon waking it was gone. Along with sponsor I purchased it from. Nuff said!
So 59 in 2 months and at 2.5 ius before bed along side 150 mg cyp/trt per week.
Gotta say it's fucking amazing the benefits I'm reaping already at 6/7 weeks in. Skin looking great,hair and nails growing at rapid pace! Feel much better overall,losing fat lower abs and more! Muscles looking sick,insane pumps!
Glucose has been in check fasted 80s 90s.
Oh and finally feel sleep benefits just over past 2 days now
My sleep is still broken with passes here and there.
Sleep feels much deeper.
Everything seems to be popping!!

Looking great pal. Do you eat and then wait 1-2 hours before taking gh before bed? I've been reading some conflicting info.
 
Fasted 116 this morning..
Has to be cherries eaten close to bed time??
I know few grapes shoot my shit thru the roof!
Should be back to 80/90s by sat.

Also just got killer chest routine in!!
Abs starting to appear without flexing them.
Nvr had that look in my life man.
 
Do you know what your IGF-1 levels were pre HGH?
I started on GH in my early 50's after a couple surgeries to help healing. After 12 years i stopped. Been about a year with no GH. And my Igf-1 levels are still in the upper part of the range. Can't say i notice any difference from using it or not.
 
Finally got my blood results on the Auctropin GH. I pinned 10 ius roughly 2.5 hours before the draw. Serum GH was measured. I’ll post up the lab results as soon as I can. Oh it was 10 ius from the 40 iu vial.

Well I dunno because I’m not sure where it should be. I think it’s probably low - 2.3. Here’s a screenshot. It’s all I can do at the moment.

Looks like no no to a lot of H&B stuff. I bought a ten pack of test c in June. And it worked great according to my blood work. Last month bought 3 test c and 3 test e. Wife grabbed a new vial from the new batch. Running 375mg a week was 2470. New batch test c 525mg a week was only 1880.

Seems like it’s mostly their recent stuff over the last few months that’s questionable. What should serum GH be after pinning 10 ius (roughly)? Thing is, that 40 iu vial that I used was a freebie that I got a long time ago before the shitstorm. It was stored in the fridge since the day I got it as well. So it wasn’t a recent batch. I was trying to find some older posts, but I can’t find them now. I seem to recall some guys saying that 10 ius should put serum GH in the 20’s? Does that sound right?

Man I've no clue on GH. I've never used it so I've never really looked into it.

Last time I pulled serum GH when I wasn’t on GH, it measured 0.7. So I’m guessing the “40 ius” of Craptropin is probably more like 10 ius, if that. It certainly isn’t what it’s advertised to be. Basically nothing.

Honestly man, at this point it seems to be hit and miss. I obviously missed on the 40 iu vial that I got. Your batch appears to be legit. I mean, your results speak for themselves. I mentioned in another post that when I ran their test E from a batch that I got roughly 8 months ago, my test levels were superb. Other guys have posted that their test results were less than stellar. 🤷‍♂️
 
I was just thinking of adding hb auctropin at 2.5 per day. After reading this not very confident it's worth it .

Brother... HGH works best when your blood sugar is "low" Not hypo low but 70-80.
HGH HATES carbs.
I stop eating 2 hrs before bed, I will do a 2 scoop (50g Pro) casein shake
that has 0 carbs right before bed with my pre bed HGH shot.

I also like to have a 0 carb shake with my GH about 1 hour before bed, but in a large deficit I will switch it out for a few hundred grams of scrambled egg whites instead, because it keeps me from waking up hungry in the middle of the night and the egg whites are mild enough so that my digestion doesn't keep me awake either.

Yeah I wake up around 1am starving so I drink a quick whey shake
and am able to fall back asleep until 3-3:30
Egg whites are an excellent way to stay full all night. 0 carbs and low in calories.
My problem is I use 32oz of liquid egg whites and a dozen whole eggs a day. I'm egged out!!!! lol

It's a cottage cheese Greek yogurt mix with half scoop chocolate whey.
Not much carbs at all man

How many fats are you doing a day?
That’s so many eggs lol.. I have 1 or 2 whole eggs and about 20 servings egg whites a day
