Let me get another roll of Oreos from the vending machine my diabetes is down to 98% need to max it back up. Let me ask these dudes how much juice I need cause I don’t feel like working out with all this Oreo filling as blood. I’m sure my 400 test levels are the culprit.

usually ham sandwich or hot pocket for lunch while im working
Dinner my girl cooks, usually Rice / beans and some form of meat, Steak or Chicken sometimes fish but rare... sometimes the chicken is baked sometimes friend and IF I get hungry again ill grab something at night like cereal. I also mid day snacking each cookies or whatever sweets that I SOOOOOOOOOOO shouldn't be eating

thats what I posted before, this is pretty much what I eat

You need to get your food intake situated and focus on your blood sugar issues before you do anything. I would also put money on the fact you aren’t drinking 6 gallons of water a day. Don’t take cycle advice from anyone- you first need to educate yourself on proper eating. No breakfast and Hot Pockets and you want to introduce gear? 🤦‍♂️

That tells us nothing. What exactly are you eating. how many ounces of meat cooked how, with now much\kind of rice and beans? What were the beans cooked in? The lunch, what bread, how much ham and what kind read the nutrition label if its sliced deli look it up online. what kind of cereal, how much exactly, whats it with, milk? What kind and how much, exactly. on the snacks, what and how many exactly, look at the label for what they tell you, its close enough for a start. What you're describing could be 1500 or 4500 calories.

This isn't hard but its not easy either, but it sounds like you not happy now so doing something that you don't like to do to get you in a better place is worth it, or just stay the way you are and accept you'll never feel better.

I want to get AWAY from eating that crap ANYWAY.

Can someone suggest a standard day of what I should be eating? Eggs in the morning for example? Fruit in between meals? what kind of lunch and what kind of dinner?
 
I asked you to post everything you ate yesterday and you ignored me. Sometimes this, sometimes that is not a detailed answer. List everything you ate yesterday and the appropriate time so we have an idea of how and what you eat.
Yesterday I didn't eat breakfast or lunch at all.
Around 4 ish at the stock market close I grabbed a chocolate easter bunny (small one) jumped back to work didnt even think about eating again until like 7 had 2 pieces of fried Cod fish my girl made and a scoop of sweet potatoes. the pieces of fish were super small. then maybe 6 cubes of watermelon and that was it for the night other then a ton of water!

With your medical issues I would see if you have access to a nutritionist through your insurance. Meal prep is a pretty hard thing for most to grasp, and throw in the A1c and glucose numbers you have and it make it that much harder. I'm sure someone here could design one for you but I would seek professional help first.

Yeah, when you have high glucose levels that means that nutrition is not getting into your muscles and being able to be burnt for fuel

That's seems to be a much better question than your first one. Make sure to Check out the diet and nutrition area. People post good information there too. You'll see examples of tracking. Check out the Logs too. People post their full diets. Follow the stick man. 🙂

Good lord man! You need to prioritize yourself or your not gonna be around for long. Stop eating sugar! Get a scale and start tracking.

to be honest tho yesterday wasn't a typical day
When I trained people and asked them to list everything they ate the day before the statement “it wasn’t a typical day” was said 90% of the time. Yes, that is your typical day- inconsistency. You should absolutely be embarrassed typing that and wanting to introduce hormones into your body.
