Even when I was younger and better shape I never had triceps but I've really been hitting them hard trying to build them up I know they're not as impressive as most of you guys but for me this is progress
And I totally forgot the post arm was healed but I didn't do much until I got my MRI there was no tear in the bicep I did forget to tell you guys about that I've just had a lot with work and everything going onI saw you have a cycle planned. Are you jumping right back in or are you going to get some muscle memory back first and then hit it?
So, I'll take that as jumping right in.And I totally forgot the post arm was healed but I didn't do much until I got my MRI there was no tear in the bicep I did forget to tell you guys about that I've just had a lot with work and everything going on

Jumping into using gear no I am not LOL honestly I'm still on trt now I am on a little bit bigger of a dose than what the clinic wants me but I am still on testosterone that's itSo, I'll take that as jumping right in.![]()

Excellent news. Can't wait to see you crush it. You must be BEYOND motivated coming off that injury. Very impressed with how you handled it btw. I know it's hard. And I totally forgot the post arm was healed but I didn't do much until I got my MRI there was no tear in the bicep I did forget to tell you guys about that I've just had a lot with work and everything going on
100%...getting over an injury or two is motivating enough to get back to normal and regaining what's lost. Getting an injury is a setback but can be overcome over time.Excellent news. Your diet looks greatBecause I don't really know when this log ends I'm just assuming It Started from the date I pinned so Until then I'm going to keep posting Before I do the final photos Honestly I haven't noticed a whole lot of change but to be fair I suffered a couple pretty big injuries but I guess I will do today with showing my calories and meals because why not

Brother you look amazing and yeah I still hope I can get more lean but same time attempting to keep some size when I did hit 211 be fair was not a good look on me but no matter what I am never happy how I look but why when I am down I pull out old pics to remind me where I started from5 years from
This horrible pic. Gastric sleeve surgery got me started on a fuckin sickness of running running running from
This big fat fucker in my rear view mirror. Went from 270 Nov 2019 to this 150 lbs. didn’t lift just ran sometimes 120 mins a day etc it was almost a sickness well i got on trt 4 years ago as well. I did it the switch finally flipped 2 months ago and im lifting and enjoying it again. Now im heading down the more than trt track and am excited for the progress im already making by adding low dose Tren and deca decoanate but who knows if my shit is legit. I wanna stack back on 20-30 lbs of muscle over the next 2 years so yea setting realistic obtainable goals but not sure if a 48 year old can do this. Learning a ton and loving the science behind this. Excited to meet new folks and hopefully learn, expand my knowledge and kick some fuckin ass on my way to a superphysiologic outcome. Don’t wanna compete just trying to be the best me I can be while lab ratting the fuck out of my body lol
No lie hit a few bumps in the road just keep trying to push forward@Gene_Lifts you've stayed the course through some serious obstacles some great work man.
Great job! I see a big difference! Everything is coming together nicely!Thank you @Platinumpharm and @JJB1 for allowing me to do this now the outcome
Started at 241lbs goal was to drop to 230 and maintain I bounced around a lot at 230 235 maintain weight is hard
Started on test cyp npp mix and tren ace T-Bol
Had to quit the gear do to a surgery and 2 injuries so ended on trt dose
So really had to focus on diet and light training
I don't feel a lot of progress was made in body changes but also not a fan of how I look but here is the before and after pics
Before pics are me in the boot

You starting a cutting log? I want to follow the progress. Go all in for 60-90 days, no bullshit. It would be crazy.Still wanting to drop more lose more body fat yes then goal to bring weight back up a little after I can get more fat off
I just started a new log for the cut then have another log already ready for the bulk but yeah really need to do my best next 12 weeks to get fat burned and more weight offYou starting a cutting log? I want to follow the progress. Go all in for 60-90 days, no bullshit. It would be crazy.
So I split my trt dose up during the week decided to use @Platinumpharm test prop
And I have a hate relationship with test prop one item I always have lumps and pain
But I will honestly say have been taking it all week had no pip no lumps no bumps if you are like me and hate test prop give platinum a try be honest I have been really surprised how smooth it is
