As you can see I'm back in the boot so a lot of things I do is going to have to be non weight bearing I kind of have a game plan going here but I'm always open to more suggestions

All that gear was stopped early do to clen making me sick and break out other stuff was stopped do to surgery coming up I just started about week ago npp but stopped to see what I am sent
