Did not have time for cardio today. Tried karbolyn for the first time today and honestly not sure it made a difference. Pump is already so extreme even on minimum calories from the injectable aminos. Simply adding it to get in easy calories since appetite is so low.

Really hoping to keep a large majority of lean mass during this cut and feel confident with the low test dose and adding in the YK. Strength is obviously down already but mostly from depleted glycogen and low calories.

The cut will run until the end of the year, goal being between 200-205. Exactly 8 weeks left today. Will have to ramp up intensity and average 2.5lbs a week.
 
Your strength shouldn't be down already. Not to be an asshole but you have a good bit of fuel on your body. What time of day/meal do you train?
Idk bro it’s quite possible I’m just a pussy but I was pressing 75lb dumbbells for 20-25 reps and last set of 12 was heavy today.
 
Sleep averages 7-8 hours a night of very broken sleep even with my prescribed ambien.

Recovery seems fine although with adding in cardio only days on non training days I am in the gym 6x per week.

Protein (calories is general) is super low bc of the Reta/Sema. Eating anything is difficult so I manage maybe 1 meal a day and 2-3 protein shakes. Lucky if I’m at 125-150g.

Ever try a sleep study to see if something’s up? Changed my life for the better once I got CPAP and real sleep.
 
You should rethink the Reta/Sema if you want to preserve as much mass as possible then. Save it for the end when your like 8% and want to look real freaky.
Also I don’t take it as you being an asshole, we call spades, spades here. How the fuck are you going to help if you don’t tell the truth?

Having said that I’ll start logging macros again and posting them in log for feedback. All in all I’m still happy with the 17lb loss first month.

I have seriously considered this for awhile now but the sleep study university sent home a breathing machine that collects data to qualify you for a cpap and I couldn’t keep the thing on my face. Any reccomendations?

There’s a few other less invasive options. I did mine through Gem Sleep. No breathing machine.

Are you going to drop the GLP-1 to try and raise calories or just try and feed through it?
I experimented with Dulaglutide and It wasnt for me. I couldn't eat at all on it.

I’m doing my best brother. Really trying to eat when I can but stacking sema/Reta to try to make a quick jump. I will drop it when I run out if this vial which is another week or so and then continue with regular cutting macros.

Yeah 100%. I’ll finish this vial which is about another week and then continue with regular cutting calories. Once I get to reasonable BF% I will probably add it back in at a lower dose.

Yeah bro started at 241.3 and lowest weight was 224.7 so just about. Shooting for another 20lbs by end of year then will reverse diet slowly adding calories and androgens.
Be very careful when u start adding cals back in. Very slowly. You'll have a bit of rebound regardless most likely but you can keep it under control at least. Good job brother, proud of ya

No. Considering the state you'll be in at the time, 200-250. Don't add cals again till the scale stops moving.

200-250/week or per day?

I will take your advice and wait until the scale stalls. It’ll be awhile, I’m still losing pretty consistently.

Thanks bro, my fitness journey has had a lot of ups and downs literally but looking forward to doing it right this time. I’ve done the transformation thing before but fuck it’s a lot harder at 37 than it was at 22 haha
